@lisan-al-gaib great ideas although it's not always possible to have deep conversations with those nearby, especially when my friends live in different countries.

RE: Friends
@lisan-al-gaib some of the negatives are limited depth in relationships and lack of physical presence and activities.

RE: Friends
@lisan-al-gaib I'm not finding those relationships challenging, but rather seeking advice on how to navigate a world where one's social circle consists only of virtual friends who align with one's values - I'm referring to values such as like mindedness (including an interest in Ray Peat's work), integrity, higher consciousness, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Friends
How do you cope in a world with virtual friends only who share your values?

RE: Rapid Deterioration?
@Energia measuring estrogen levels via blood samples may lack accuracy due to potential tissue accumulation of estrogen. In conjunction with the prior recommendations, I propose considering the addition of T3, cyproheptadine, aspirin, and micro-dose antibiotics. For those not in perimenopause or menopause, topical progesterone application during the luteal phase may be beneficial.

RE: Advice on tinnitus - UPDATE
@ThinPicking Hello! Thank you for sharing this with me.
Generally, I drink milk on its own. Ayurveda has a similar principle advising not to drink too much liquid around meal times as it can lower the digestion fire (agni).
I don't add salt or sugar to my milk but I would sometimes have raw honey or medjol dates with it. I take salt whenever I 'need' it. -
RE: Iris
@RawGoatMilk88 that would be a bit extreme:) My understanding is that estrogen is involved.

Iris
I wonder if anyone knows how to remove the brown pigment from the iris in the case of blue/green eyes?

RE: cancer
@eugene fasting lowers serotonin, that's why. Fasting is not ideal though.

@LetTheRedeemed Thank you for the links! I really like these podcasts. I've listened to the one you shared but can't understand the name of the drug Georgi is advising for tinnitus.

@Kilgore Thank you for taking the time to share these with me. I have looked into jaw exercises on YouTube in the past, and although moving my jaw alters the sound, these manipulations of the jaw didn't help

RE: Advice on tinnitus - UPDATE
@Kilgore this is interesting, thank you. I was never a big water drinker - I used to joke about it, telling people that I didn't have any water for days..but nowadays I drink a lot of milk (2 L per day). So do you suggest that milk should be lowered to the minimum for four days?

RE: Advice on tinnitus - UPDATE
@wrl thank you so much. My staples are milk and cheese, fruits, honey, gelatin, meat, eggs, shellfish, liver, homemade nixtamalised tortillas and some potatoes..and some parsley and basil and occasional kale broth.

RE: Sun exposure
@b1 Fair skin typically burns within about 10-15 minutes of sun exposure, light to medium skin may last around 15-20 minutes before burning. Medium to olive skin tones can often withstand sun exposure for 25-30 minutes before burning, and dark skin may have approximately 30-45 minutes of protection. These are general estimations, I assume for people who consume a lot of pufas; UV index levels and personal skin sensitivity can affect individual responses to sunlight.

@BioEclectic thank you, I appreciate it.

RE: Advice on tinnitus - UPDATE
@wrl thank you for your advice. I don't think I eat many foods containing salicylates. I also don't take aspirin due to the poor quality of the product sold in the UK
