@DonkeyDude I switched to a higher ratio.
I’ve been reading how people who take NDT or high doses of T3 have the following pattern on a blood test: suppressed TSH from The exogenous T3, high ft3, and low ft4 due to the high exogenous T3 that s down-regulating the natural production. That’s when it clicked for me.
T3 comes with possible side effects and palpitations. T4 has a true therapeutic long-lasting effects.
Even Ray has said that 1-2 mcg is the highest T3 dose one should take per 2 hours.
My blood tests from yesterday showed the same pattern on 1:1 ratio of T4 to T3.
Lowered TSH
Increased ft3
Lowered ft4.
I switched to a higher ratio about a week ago.
