@jamezb46 This is the way to go indeed. Check how they synthesize, purify, etc and what is the source and added substances.
It is important to think about these things, we know how even minor impurities can be problematic.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

@Mauritio Online chemical vendors sell it. Some sell to non business in small quantities. As long as it is not restricted due it being dangerous or some medicine on receipt, you can just buy it. Where do you live? I can buy this legally from a professional party in the Netherlands.
@Mauritio Very interesting Mauritio. Always a good read when you post something. I have a bottle of holy basil laying around, maybe I will try. Will report then ofcourse.
@Butter-Girl
For me, yes. If I don't chew them to mush completely, they go back out still looking like a nut or part of a nut.
I wonder if someone has an interesting explanation for the cases of the unhealthy survivors. You have the seed oil drinkers, that will do fine with that, no problems what so ever. Although weird, maybe there are just some very toxin resistant people.
But what I find even weirder. People who had a tumor cut out, radiation and chemotherapy. Changed nothing about their lifestyle and live on for many years, maybe not great, but absolutely not bad quality of life either. These people already have the so said cancer metabolism, get nuked with toxins and stay alive.
I dont know. I really like the metabolic view of cancer. But that doesn't make sense to me.
@Master I'm afraid so. I have some weird health problems nobody really got an answer to, including and mainly myself. Symptoms seem to match hypothyroidism partly and b12 deficiency. But there is no real reaction to supplementing any of these. I keep searching tho.
Aha that is why! Thanks for the explanation. Your experience also seems interesting. Maybe I will give this a try & I'm not on a low carb diet at all, so that shouldn't be a problem.
@Mulloch94 I think I ones looked in to a calcium pyruvate supplement. But the people who wrote reviews where not to enthousiastic about it. This one is bound different ofcourse and the idea sounds promising.
What has been your personal experience with this? Does it reliably work? What does it do if it works?
@Mulloch94 I have tried cyproheptadin also now that you say it. That one is definitely effective, although I struggle sometimes with the after effects. Makes me semi depressed for 2-4 days. But is also a very effective sleeping aid in emergency situations. High dose will put me to sleep for >10 hours.
Pyrucet sounds interesting. Why do you like this supplement?
@annis I use my own methylene blue, coffee and aspirin. Is oxidal for some reason better? i guess it is easier already mixed up.
I did try some idealabs stuff, but although I really like the stories of Georgi and how he explains things. Instead of complete health wonders, most of the time I had no noticeable reaction. This is wat I tried:
Tyronene (T3). No reaction. No temperature. Not anything
Tyromix (T3/T4) nothing also.
Lisuride. High blood pressure, headache. Nothing good, but nothing too bad either. 4/10
Progesterone. Very good. Gives a nice relaxed feeling. Gets temperature up. Just feel good in low doses. High doses super sedating which can also be nice. 8/10
Kuinone. Nothing.
Cortinon (pregnenlone). High expectations, but also nothing.
Mitolipin. Nothing much, except laxative effects. 2/10
Adamantane. Quite stimulating, bit heavy on the stomach sometimes. Feels like amphetamine if it works, but works unreliable. 5/10
Just a normal ZMA, theanine or cistanche seem to have better and more noticeable effects.
So anyone got better results with idealabs supplements?
Smercola still selling fish oils and silicium dioxide. can't wait till he brings out some upgraded idealabs products.
Where can one find the studies Ray and others mentioned about the extreme hypometabolic state. Like people who wrecked their metabolism and only have 50% BMR or less?
What are known topicals to combat skin discoloration? I have some darker spots in my skin especially in my cheekbones. I see a pattern here by the way, a lot of people have this dark spots there.
I want to know which routes I can take to combat this. Topical supplements I heard good stories about:
Potassium iodide. For what I know no clear mechanism of action. But good reviews from people online and in the past used by dermatologists.
Naringenin. Pretty sure I heard mainly Georgi about the topical use to combat certain skin conditions.
Do people have their own ideas about this? Already tried some things or have other supplement or practice recommendations?
@dan-dominic yes and no. Foods fried in seed oils will relialbily make me sick. Headache, stomach ache, diarrhea, muscle weakness, etc. Processed food with seed oils will also do this. But with whole foods like walnuts I'm fine.
Every so many days I wake up with some symptoms and from that moment on I pretty much know how my day will go, bad. Does somebody see any logic in these set of symptoms? I don't.
Extreme cramped pain in calves
Sinus inflammation above and around eyes
Pain in right flank of body
Burping
Light nausea, combined with pain in throat/thyroid
Pain below last molar in neck
Some minor GI distress. Not really bad digestion, but mainly uncomfortable feeling in stomach.
Sometimes it completely clears up all of the sudden, but most of the time slowly all my muscles cramp up and I get extremely tired + a headache.
Does anyone see a logical relation between these symptoms?
@Hugh yes. Have tried doses from 1 to 20 drops. On my wrists or/and under the tongue. In theory it seems great, in reality I only got it 1 or 2 times of the 20 times to work like you would expect. With expect I mean boost in energy and motivation, strong drive to do things, increased appreciation of music. All the other times nothing happened or a nasty feeling, like vague headache, bit tweaked out.
Apparently lisuride is not that stable. Maybe it already has gone bad, maybe already in stock with idealabs. Just a toxic feeling. The nasty feeling reminded me of microdoses of lsd that had gone bad.
Hello. I was wondering if somebody here has some ideas about my problem.
Every so many days I wake up with extreme pain in my calves. This goes accompanied with something that feels like sinus inflammation in my forehead. Pain around the carotid arteries below my last molars. I get relief when I put some pressure on the carotid arteries. Also there is this dull pain in the right side of my body. The problem is always there directly on waking up, it never starts later in the day.
Many times this is a sign I'm going to get a very bad day or days. But sometimes it clears up all of the sudden.
I suspect some vascular problem for some reason unknown. If the pain gets unmanageable the only thing that helps is ibuprofen.
For me the combination of symptoms seems so specific, but I cant find any logical diagnosis. Any ideas?
@Mauritio I'm suspecting I have poisoned myself over the years with kratom abuse. Kratom is known to have quite some lead, but also nickel and cadmium.
Im curious with your journey with mcp. I was a bit shocked by the price tho to just try it out.
@JulofEnoch I know. But normally the metabolism of the cow saturates the unsaturated fatty acids from grass and alike. This study shows that a special form of canola keeps it unsaturated trough the ruminant metabolism of the cow in to the milk.
