RE: Higher PUFA and iron content in organic milk
@thyroidchor27 i really try to avoid grains as much as I can (except for white rice). Also guavas(been liking my guavas drizzled in raw honey) and oranges are my go to fruits, i also heard pineapple is good too

RE: Higher PUFA and iron content in organic milk
@thyroidchor27 Day 1 of doing raw buffalo milk(Full 365 is the goal here), also asking locals about raw goat milk is like an alien thing to them. Also a peater approved it because of the higher Ca:P ratio

RE: Which is the best legume/ beans and the worst?
@thyroidchor27 all beans are trash, I do occasionally eat chickpeas

RE: What Skincare do y'all use?
@kyrre I'm not using sunscreen atm but would definitely get into it. I actually got recommended to try out goat milk sunscreen with zinc presence only. These are new to me, im researching more about it

RE: What Skincare do y'all use?
@Papipipoom I keep it simple, i don't put anything on my face that's not ingestible. To keep it simple, for cleanser - 100% Organic Olive Oil soap, moisturizer - Virgin Coconut Oil, face mask - egg yolks, toothpaste - Virgin coconut oil. That's about it tbh, saves alot of time and money also

RE: How do I get thin again, Peating fixed my health but made me put on a lot of fat
@thyroidchor27 bhai how TF are you struggling to loose weight/fat with all the peaty knowledge you have. Like it was during the start of this year I got introduced to RayPeat and peating but before that I was the same gym bro decently indulged into PUFA. Im not saying PUFAs and all the horrorible vegetables i ate in moderation helped me loose 20kgs in 6months - counting calories, cardio, long walks, water fasting, all did wonders for me. Do you still think to your high IQ self it's even worth peating without tracking calories thinking that you'll natural lean at some point? Counting calories = fat loss. How do you struggle with this?

RE: Peat - inspired meal prep
@Hitler thanks alot man, I already have some contacts for some raw buffalo milk(it's less than a dollar here for a litre). Also about gelatin, I can get my hands only on chicken feets and that's my only source. Will try to add in more fruits aswell

RE: Peat - inspired meal prep
@Hitler It's hard to find organic oranges here, plus I have college. What's a good alternative to OJs? I heard Peat mentioned about guavas. can I just eat guavas instead of the juices? Also any other alternatives would be appreciated

RE: Peat - inspired meal prep
@Rayp-Eat mine:
500g of potatoes(boiled>cooled>air fryed with 2tbsp of coconut oil)
300-500ml of Raw milk with honey
6 boiled eggs
How peaty is my diet and what can I change to improve it? As a college guy, I don't have a huge budget but I can surely squeeze in the important ones
