Didn’t realize the expensive vitamin E complex I bought had sunflower oil as its carrier.
Safe to take a small amount like that? Negatives out weighed by the positives of the vitamin E?
Should I use it transdermally instead? Would the PUFA absorb into the bloodstream transdermally?
