@Mossy I think you should try it 3X daily for a while and see if you improve. If it doesn't then up the dosage. That's how I did it and it worked very well. It takes a bit before you get regular.
I think that is a good approach. I will probably start with the 1/8th tsp, as I have the most sensitive and disagreeable system I know.
@Tarzan17 I know a lot of people say starch interferes with sleep but for me if I eat some potatoes at night I feel full and sleep well
I also like eating chunks of raw cheese or dried fruit though
@Tarzan17 I think peat recommends small frequent feedings that include all three macronutrients. Carbs, proteins, and fats in the right balance per meal.
@Tarzan17 Its probably more likely to contain allergens and contaminants than unprocessed whole bean coffee. However if its more convenient and you prefer it i dont think this is a major issue
