Donald Trump defies the laws of aging. An obese, garbage food eating insomniac conquered the world at 78 (politics aside)

Since I've worked with the aging population for decades now. I can really say it's genetics and mindset.
You can manipulate it a bit with lifestyle but not much.

Do you share my opinion that he's performing at a remarkably high level for 78?
-
Yes!
Joe Rogan said he came in, shook his hand, talked for 3 hours without going to pee. Then left and also did not go to the bathroom and off he went on his plane to the next gig.
For a guy that age to not go to pee for 3.5 ish hours and concentrate on a discussion is completely out of the norm. -
I know from my high pee rate it's from having a working immune system and having toxins (heavy metals in my case) and a persistent internal low grade infection. Remove these and I'll have rem sleep like I was a child and have more energy during the day like Trump.

Fascinating and funny.
It's the seed oils. I mean. It's fluid dynamics.

@yerrag
Maybe. But for a man pushing 80 not to have any prostate issues is unusual. -
@happyhanneke Ray says progesterone allows for enough hepcidin peptide to keep a check on free iron to keep bacteria at bay. Infection and inflammation is what causes prostate issues. And if Trump is sufficient in hormones and steroids as part of having good metabolic health, he won't have prostate cancer issues .
-
Alright, nobody's talking about cancer. At 78 there's just very few males who don't have some issues with peeing due to their prostate being enlarged. That's it.
-
@happyhanneke Thanks for confirming my observations. I'm impressed when someone that age can go for a walk without falling, drive at night, chew a steak, turn on a computer, sit through a conversation without nodding off...This is the reality for most people his age but a lot of them already show major cognitive impairment and I wouldn't trust them to run anything. Too risky

@Insomniac a meaningful and fulfilling life can make up for a lot of things

I think that it may be an underestimated variable and probably not focused on because there's no product to sell for that. But I also agree with Killgore that he had a good genetic foundation.

@Insomniac
My husband is like that. Although he's 70 but he still works full time as a project manager building homes. He never exercises, drinks daily and does not worry about what he eats. Although we do not eat shitty food because I buy the groceries and cook. He also eats only once a day and has done that all his life. -

He also eats only once a day and has done that all his life.That is really interesting. Very few people will maintain a omad routine their whole life.
Do you think it helped him age slower?
-
@Insomniac
I don't know. He's not interested in any of these things. He's passionate about his work and that's what he thinks about. It's pointless for me too to text or call when he's in the zone, he's not going to acknowledge it. I'm used to is he's a good man.
He has done this all his life just because food doesn't interest him during the day. He's too occupied in his head. If he comes home during the day and I put food in front of him he will eat it. -
@happyhanneke I see what you're saying. I have heard the story of people who fall apart after retiring. The like the idea of it but the reality was the job kept them going. That sounds like Trump for sure. However if the job is really high stress then it cuts the other way too.
-
External stress is overrated. It should actually be seen as hormetic. It keeps the saw sharpened. As long as you can outrun or outsmart the predator, you are fine. And good internal health centering on optimal metabolism is what counts most.
-
@yerrag
The only reason he is comfy with his prostate is finasteride. I took it for year or so it just felt so good. He was taking finasteride for hair growth, not sure if he keeps taking it now.
But having hair allows him to absorb cosmic energy directly into brain ... and feel super confident. -

I guess it is safe to say that a president is entitled to the best health care that the hospital complex has conjures up.
And the best is coming up short. And what you are seeing is accelerated aging. Not from the external stress, but from the side effects of iatrogenic intervention by the top witch doctors funded by healthcare insurance.
