@CO3 Is Progest-E = progesterone? Maybe with some added Vitamin E?
If so, you’re kind of lucky living in Spain where Progesterone is available over the counter. Not like in the UK where I live currently.
Is this even true? I've been searching for sources to buy (bioidentical) progesterone for like half an hour and half the sources I get are UK sources. Plus for many years now Progest-E has been sold on a UK website.

@CO3 Yes it is true.
I bought bioidentical progesterone at a physical pharmacy in Spain. I just went into the nearest regular farmacia.
Seidigestan - 30 capsules of 100 mg - €5.81
They are also available in 200 mg but are then, for some reason, more expensive per mg.
Unfortunately, the capsules are not separable, so I make a hole and squeeze out a little bit every day. I use one 100 mg capsule over 3 days.

@CO3 [about progesterone without prescription in Spain]
First of all, my British GP told me that bioidentical progesterone is called Utrogestan.
So, I simply brought a handwritten piece of paper to the Spanish pharmacy stating, in English as well Spanish, that I was looking for bioidentical progesterone similar to Utrogestan.
And they gave me Seidigestan.
Back home I checked on the Seid Lab homepage. They call it “natural progesterone” though, but I have googled a lot and found everywhere that Utrogestan and Seidigestan are similar.
The Spanish Drug Centre simply states the content as “progesterone”. They also state that the capsules are made from sunflower and soy. Sadly.
