RE: How to go about making topical t3?
DMSO would likely be best. Update us if you try it out.

Thinking of getting a hole in my skull. Did Dr. Peat have any opinion on trepanning?

DANDRUFF DISCUSSION THREAD
Annoying as FUCK. Has anyone managed to eliminate it?
For starters, here's what I hear is effective:
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin D
- Calcium
- Riboflavin (B2)
- Thiamine (B1)
Seems like the solution differs depending on personal metabolic insufficiencies, so maybe this thread could be of help to anyone in the future experimenting with their own flaky scalp.

RE: Default start position (Mobile)
Found something interesting: when I click the arrow to enter the post instead of the title I begin at the bottom, when I click the title I begin at the top. Learning

RE: Maple Syrup
Gives me horrendous gas but tastes great and basically riboflavin supplement

Default start position (Mobile)
When I click a forum post on mobile I begin at the bottom of the thread and have to scroll to the top to see the parent post. Maybe this can be fixed if you agree?

@skylark how did you find out it produces too much ozone?

RE: High-dose Thiamine therapy
@saturnmissiles Woah same... left trap feels cramped. Banking on it normalizing as body finds homeostasis, etc

RE: Phytic acid in coffee
Milk (calcium) also competes for absorption of other minerals, been wondering if milk throughout the day is unwise

RE: High-dose Pregnenolone
@Fructose interesting how observer rated depression for placebo and PREG groups were the same. Both significantly decreased at 12 wks.

RE: High-dose Pregnenolone
@Fructose thanks for asking. Mostly to battle anhedonia, fatigue, hair loss, dandruff. My nutrition is solid, i've addressed sources of external toxins, and I regularly work to clear the gut. My bowel movements have been great for a few months. Fluid intake seems balanced.
I've dabbled with thyroid at various ratios and it seems to make the hair loss worse. I use low-dose pregnenolone to very slight good cognitive + energizing effect. Seems there is something to vitamin A with the dandruff and hair loss, but I find it hard to figure out the right dose. I think maybe the pregnenolone could bypass my issues with thyroid.
I should say that overall I'm pretty healthy and fit. Body looks good. Libido good.
