Bunch of low life’s I’d be ashamed to be associated with. They should work toward a socialist revolution not a racist deportation one. If the country becomes pure white they’ll still be reamed by the mega corps, wage slaving to get by. Just focusing on the wrong issues, misled and driven by brain dead hate

RE: Does t3 reduce facial bloating?
@PrinceTrebata This morning I was 97.1 with 60 pulse. I tend to wake up a bit puffy, feet kinda swole feeling, face lacking color like not much circulation, bit stuffy nosed.
I was 99.2 the evening before this. After eating and little walk I get my metabolism and temps back up to a good level and feel good. I’ve been over the adrenaline hump since ramping up to this dose over the past few months taking it slow this time.
I’ve never done any blood tests but I take vitamin D daily

RE: Does t3 reduce facial bloating?
@Cezar4911 Probably depends on what hormonal state you’re in and if the t3 is enough to make a significant shift. It could. It’s supposed to help the liver function better and reduce stress hormones which can help with water retention.
Personally I don’t notice anything significant in that regard. I still get puffiness under eyes and around nips, I’m around 18% bodyfat and take 3/4s a grain of cynoplus and extra 10 micrograms of t3. Maybe I’m not taking enough. I feel pretty hypo when I wake up in the morning still.

Roddy’s Bioenergetic Basics course
Anyone tried Danny Roddy’s bioenergetic basics course? I might just buy it to support the guy for all he’s provided for free thus far. But any remarks on the course?

RE: T3 and T4 Effects (Thyroid)
@oj It makes sense adding a bunch of t4 may end up being anti metabolic for some.

RE: What do you all think about Goatis aka Sv3rige?
@insufferable Really dumb take.
The guys an abusive narcissistic psychopath. Likely influenced in part by his bad diet, tons of cortisol and serotonin.
But yeah judge him by how he looks while pausing his videos and stay blind to the real Gatis that put a hit on his baby mama and diarrhea’d in his sons drawer

RE: Weed addiction, reaching homeostasis
It takes time but you’ll find homeostasis without it. It sucks depending on a substance for dopamine when it’s subtly wreaking havoc on your hormones and metabolism.
I quit the beginning of this year after being a daily smoker for years. I’ve taken breaks before but for some reason the withdrawals this time were horrendous. I had panic attacks daily for a month, just waves of fear and panic for no reason, horrible nausea especially in the morning, weepy and emotional, waking up at night with adrenaline and super hungry, higher blood sugar readings in the AM. I was losing my mind. Whatever dependency I had for it, taking it away my physiology had to adapt to being normal again.
The stuff is not harmless, especially with the strength of modern weed.
Getting back on thyroid helped. My girlfriend still smokes so I see the bong everyday but have zero attraction to smoking now. My overall mood and outlook on life is way more positive and negative rumination is less often than on weed

RE: thoguhts this vid
@the-MOUSE Dude is manic, makes it hard for me to get through any of his videos.

RE: hirsutism from progest-e
Ray kinda denied that Progest E could have any adverse effects as long as they took enough of it. And a mega dose at first might be needed. On the progest e site it says those with pcos may just turn small amount of Progesterone into estrogen so a big dose is needed at first.
But PCOS is driven by low thyroid and high adrenal activity so shifting that with extra thyroid supplementation should be more effective while Progest E will kinda temporarily patch symptoms, but is still very therapeutic

RE: Tips for declining x-rays at dentist
@happyhanneke You’re super lucky to have found a dentist like that. It’s just protocol to X-ray for them to check inside the teeth before the do any other stuff.
I’ve had great success with an ultrasonic tooth scaler from Amazon to do my own cleaning. It gets stains right off and softly chips away any calculus build up

RE: I’ve got a problem with Danny Roddy.
@sneedful What does your diet look like?
-
RE: Fat Loss, Metabolism and Lipolysis
Stress hormones and lipolysis will increase during weight loss but we don’t have to go over board with it.
High carb low fat was actually shown to retain more muscle during weight loss compared to high fat low carb

RE: Books to actually learn the science of Peat?
The Peat Whisperer by Danny Roddy is helpful

RE: High DHEA, Cortisol, Prolactin and Cholesterol
@StreamOfWater How’s the temp and pulse? I think the markers indicate higher adrenal activity that usually follows low thyroid, in the peat world
-
RE: High Metabolism Keto possible?
@GreekDemiGod There’s also the DHEAs to cortisol ratio.
I think it’s easier for people to stay warm from stress hormones. There’s no way he’s staying warm from good thyroid function.
I also think androgen receptors can be insensitive to T leaving a good deal left in circulation.

Mans is still a bit overweight yeah?

RE: High Metabolism Keto possible?
Waking up at 99.4F is pretty clearly high cortisol and stress hormones. T can be high from a stress response, not being readily taken up by the cells and converted a lot to estrogen. And TSH can be suppressed by stress hormones. That’s all the Peaty cope I can come up with.
If anyone wants to try that diet long term good luck

RE: Is bodybuilding bad?
I think u can easily overdo bodybuilding like in competition. But something about the movements, challenging all the muscles in various planes, just seems almost necessary to see our body expressed fully in the physical. It can be so therapeutic for the joints and circulation, protective. Really the lifts are like dynamic stretches.
People can probably reel back volume a lot and still make great gains without overly stressing the body.

RE: Narcissists - what causes it?
@wester130 I think its probably related to stimulative activity from high estrogen, adrenaline, and glutamate activity, stemming from low thyroid and metabolism.
Peat has said high estrogen slows methylation of neurotransmitters creating a build up and can have almost cocaine like effects.
Personally I can’t stand being around these people. The ones who can’t stand having any silence in the room and would rather fill it up with whatever kabooki thoughts pop in their head.
I think that type of neurotic manic behavior can manifest in different ways, depends. But I don’t think addressing trauma and just talking about does much. Not until your physiology changes can the mental health change.
