@Chud I see. That's good to know. I used to get a lot of flatulence from milk, which I assume was from the inability to digest lactose, but after a month or so of cyproheptadine it completely stopped.

What's the final Ray Peat Redpillnon milk?
RayP says milk is the ideal food but he's never spoken in favor of raw milk. Quite the opposite, as he's said that pasteurization or UHT could sit better with some people's digestion.
I'm always paranoid about drinking regular milk because of all the health grifter promoting raw milk as not only better but the only way to drink milk, since pasteurized milk's protein and fat are less bioavailable

RE: HOMESTEADING GENERAL
@happyhanneke Jeez. What do them big ol goats get sick with?

HOMESTEADING GENERAL
What are your thoughts on escaping the grid? I've been wondering lately if pure animal husbandry rather than agriculture would be more ideal for homesteading. A couple of goats, or even just one cow could produce enough (raw) milk a day to handle a single man's macronutrient requirements. If you were to solve the fruit or vitamin C question, that would provide for all of your micronutrient needs as well.
What do you guys think?

RE: Any experience with Lisuride?
@Joop3000 Maybe you could try a different topical application area? I'm thinking for going for the forehead or the bellybutton. It's important to wipe the area with alcohol before applying

RE: Any experience with Lisuride?
@izkrov Well it could be perhaps because Lisuride is poorly absorbed orally. Georgi recommends topical absorption

Any experience with Lisuride?
Has anyone tried Lisuride? How many drops did you use and where? What did you notice immediately and long term?
I've recently acquired some Bulgarian Lisuride but want to be informed before starting in short.
Considering the Peaty emphasizes on dopamine and lowering Serotonin would dopamine agonists be the nootroopic for improving learning, IQ, or curing depression?

RE: Help with upper GI bleeding
@jens I drink so much liquid so I figured this could help me improve my metabolism. Luckily, a lot of the bleeding in the stool has stopped. Not all of it though, it has gone down I'd say 80%. I think the sodium bicarbonate I took helped accelerate healing

Help with upper GI bleeding
Two months ago I started taking salt in gelatin capsules in an attempt to increase my salt intake as well as make it more palatable. Soon after I developed issues with my stool being partly colored black and feeling fatigued.
I stopped taking capsules and salt altogether about two weeks ago but the symptoms continue. I don't have any abdominal pain but I'm worried about why it keeps going. I have also stopped drinking coffee and dairy.
What could I take to stop the upper GI tract bleeding? Could my consumption of OJ be irritating my GI tract?
PS: One silver lining is that these past few days I have been sleeping much much better than I used to when I was taking those salt capsules. So I believe my gut is at the very least not getting worse.
Another funny thing is that prior to taking the capsules I had been consuming about 10 grams of salt split across three doses per meal by swallowing them with OJ with no problems. I did this for over a year.

IgG tests: meme or lean?
I did an IgG test recently and I was shocked to find out I had a high sensitivity to honey and cheese, foods I thought were the easiest on the digestive system. Are Immunoglobulin G tests reliable or is it another gimmick of modern medicine?
What would be the best way to go about reducing a food sensitivity? Niacinamide?

RE: I was given HgH for years as a teen
@coconut I'm gonna start taking 15 to 20 grams glutamine everyday to see if it helps. Have you tried it?

RE: Recs for red light panels
@brad I saw some studies on LED panels so I'll try the incandescent in tandem with the 840nm NIR panel

RE: What do you guys know about veins
@CO3 I see. I've been trying that coon Charlie's sups at the strife giving store with little to no results, so I'm going to focus on other means to try to improve thyroid.
Also, are you niche microcelebrity shenzensaxon from xwitter dot com?

Recs for red light panels

RE: What do you guys know about veins
@killchaos @oldchem I see. Very interesting. I'll give it a try with topical application on my one of my feet when I buy some.

What do you guys know about veins
I noticed I have pronounced veins of the tops of my feet and I used to think it was improved vascularity from exercise, but it turns out all pronounced veins seem to be indicative of damaged circulation from overproduction of estrogen, which is to say all pronounced veins are varicose.
Do any of you guys have any experiences or recommendations on fixing bulging veins? I saw on Twitter that topical thyroid can help but I want to hear some more suggestions

RE: I was given HgH for years as a teen
@coconut I'm torn between progest-e and buigarian prog. I'm not sure about topicals so I'll get the former. How many mgs of prog did you take and for how long?
