Where the hell you live at lol.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

True about haidut's site lol. It feels like someone spent 3 minutes putting it together.
He would get more business with a better website and if his links were all directed to the correct pages lol.
@brightside Wow. Thanks for this. Before I made the mistake of ordering. Sooooo where can I get DHT from?
@Norwegian-Mugabe Agreed. @thyroidchor27 you will not find good quality women on tinder. They get plenty of attention in real life and always get asked out. Genetic dead ends are the only people on these apps. (most of those are men btw. - which makes a lot of sense)

The commentator has a loser voice and says nothing original. The dude in the interview has blue hair, and he is interviewing coal.
Physiogomy checks out.........

The fact Justin Bieber only has one kid is a sign of neutered times. He, or any other attractive male celebrity with power could literally be Genghis Khan but aren't.
What exactly proves he has good genetics? He is a boy singer, pretty stupid, doesnt have elite physical attributes so Im not sure why you want him to be Genghis Khan. Also isnt half of his face still paralyzed from the vax? Besides just look at the culture of sloppiness he embraces. Is this what you want more of?
good interview btw: https://banned.video/watch?id=64fa39cafb567900da3373a7
@brandonbergbaron No, ethanol is fine. Its fine to apply under the tongue even. Also you can get in dissolved in EVOO.
Came across this tweet (not sure if he has an account here) and apparently chewing vitamin K & calcium infused gum reduced the occurrence of new cavities by 60-90%. Very interesting. I have read from many people how taking K2 reversed their cavities and such.
Mastic gum can also make teeth straighter apparently. I've had braces as a kid and only one tooth is a little bent inward so lets see if it works on that one. Also I have 1 cavity that isn't filled so lets see if it can be reversed.
I am adding 1mg of liquid K2 + some eggshell powder to my mastic gum everyday and will chew it like that.
@CO3 Because you are implying that Milei is a libtard which he isn't. He does indeed seem to be a cool guy.
@thyroidchor27 Never took t3 neither I know anything about making something topical. So, I cant really help you with this one sorry. That being said I'm interested in seeing what others have to say.

It's been in the 80's the past few days (it's still February) so summer should be a shocker.
I'm in the Pacific North West and the whole winter was extremely mild, snow 3-4 times overall, wore shorts until late December. I fear we will have a summer with frequent forest fires again.
I've had a few physical issues with my left hip joint and my knees, which along with the winter weather, discouraged me from my daily exercise routine that I really do have to do to keep my body working. I'm female, 74. So I did most of the routine this morning and I already feel a little more energetic. Thanks for the nudge.
Hopefully you feel better. Exercise is so important especially at old age. 6 of my great grand parents lived 90+ and what they all had in common is spending a lot of time outdoors on the fresh air, walking (until they died), drank a lot of milk and ate a lot of cheese and didn't stress over anything. All of them were fine both physically and mentally until their deaths.
@jens @Hando-Jin Are libertarians actually looking at most people today and thinking, "These people are capable of self-governing"?
@mostlylurking I do walk almost everyday. Cleans the mind. Gardening does that too though.
Kilgore, what methods have you been implementing so far?
For now this is just the draft on what Im planning to do as I do more research I will finalize the regimen before I start doing/taking everything.
Also what are your current morning and night measurements?
Im not planning to measure myself again until maybe 6month-1year in. Or If I see visible changes. No point worrying about it on a daily basis. As I wrote I'm 5'8''.

All input into this thread has value. Whether its correct or not. If you want to add your own criticism of functional patterns I would love the read what you have to say. I do not know much about that topic yet.

The QTc is a measurement of how fast the heart relaxes after it contracts, expressed in milliseconds. The heart is a muscle and works like any other muscle in that it contracts and relaxes, and the muscle relaxes fast enough after contracting. When it relaxes too slowly, you are low in energy and are hypothyroid and when too quickly, you are hyperthyroid. I asked Ray Peat what value constitutes being euthyroid (normal) and asked if 440 msec is normal, and he just told me it is lower than that. So I have to just make a practical range to work with, based on measuring a sample of readings I've taken from myself to friends and family, and I consider 380 - 420 msec to be euthyroid, but that is my opinion and not set in stone. Someone else more knowledgeable likely will beg to differ.
I use a personal ECG monitor that calculates automatically the QTc value as well as show a graph. Looking at the graph, I can confirm whether the calculated QTc value is correct, as I can see the QTc calculation being off. The device I use costs in the neighborhood of $100, and has its limitations. It definitely lacks the accuracy of ECGs used in diagnostic labs and in doctor:s offices, but gives me enough guidance. To be certain, I would from time to time go to a diagnostics lab where I could get a more accurate reading. But you can't just walk in on a lab and ask for an ECG in the US. You need a cardiologist to do an ECG test of their prescription for a lab to do it. Well, that is the law in the much ballyhooed "rules-based" society we are under.
Thank you for this explanation. Will give the personal device a try sometime.
Question for you as well. Since I don't have any of the hypothyroid symptoms would taking something like TyroMix (T3/T4) give me any benefits?
@mostlylurking said in Temperatures:
I think your temperatures look just fine
Good to know. On the other hand I checked my pulse rate at the pharmacy today and it was 104 and 96. What does that signal. Also, would taking t3 (tyromix) give me any benefits if I don't have these bad conditions?
It's real helpful to own an accurate thermometer.
Will get one. My digital is all over the place.
Hopefully you are all well now!
@Ecstatic_Hamster I dont care about this as my voice is already good, but if it worked for you then im happy.
@Ecstatic_Hamster I wonder how much singing changes your voice. I was a choir boy for a long time and sing mostly in high notes even these days so I wonder what would happen if I started singing deeper notes.
@thyroidchor27 said in How to get deeper voice:
You can compensate with these tho so its minimised
Compensation is for the weak, we must become 100% in every category.
