I think you will make many mistakes if you frame the body as an ecosystem. It is a faulty foundation. The ecosystem aims to continue itself, while the body aims to continue through others.

RE: How many calories do you average on a daily basis
Anon, acting out is not a profession.
this post might be of interest:
A regular male should hope for alteast 4000 KCAL without being over 13% fat. This will naturally depend on several things.

Head mirrin!
We all wish we were Werner Heisenberg.
please feel free to share science on how the physiology of the head/brain correlates with different cognitive functions.
What is your favourite head in history?
Langan, Plantinga, and E. Michael Jones have all great heads!
The heaviest human brain ever recorded weighed 2,850 grams (6 pounds 4.5 ounces). It was measured by Dutch pathologist Gerard Christiaan van Walsem in 1899, during the autopsy of an unnamed young man who died at the Meerenberg Asylum in Santpoort, near Haarlem in the Netherlands. ![alt text]

RE: General discussion HIT strength training.
@Peatriot I do not plan to post pictures here, as I do not want to lose my job. I did Rippetoe's pracitcal programming. Now I do one set to failure of: squats, deadlifts, chin-ups, & dips. When I say failure, then I mean absolute failure. People always look at me like I am a freak in the gym.

RE: The Future of Europe
@dan-saintdominic There is never a need to mention the average age of a nation in this context. The people who come to the west are unemployed and need healthcare. The NHS problem in Britain for instance, have gotten worse and not better because of mass migration. Mass migration worsens everything, and there is no excuse for having mass migration of apes from the third world. The ones that can work, should not be welcomed to do shitjobs either, as some retard degenerate might mate with them.

RE: Bioenergetic video games?
I think it would be more helpful if people discussed in what ways video games are beneficial and how videogames are damaging, instead of just naming any given game. Such a discussion would help others rethink the why and what of video games, while namedropping has no valuable contribution. To a degree the medium is the message, so a wider discussion of the social ramifications of video games on society would also be of great importance.

RE: General discussion HIT strength training.
@Peatriot I and others have extreme muscle growth on HIT. My growth has increased in proportion to an increase in intensity and reduction in volume.

RE: Precognitive Dreams
@MK thanks for posting. I think you are right in that precognitive dreams can be explained by a "division" of physical and metaphysical reality. What's interesting is that the body exists in both of these realities. So even though we know that we have a soul separate from our body Plantinga's argument , precognitive dreams do not prove that our soul has a life separate, and potentially a life after our bodily deaths.

RE: Precognitive Dreams
@Terminator One of our best writers gave a good explanation for why we seem to be good problem solvers in our dreams. Language is after all a relatively new phenomena.

RE: General discussion HIT strength training.
@TumescentPeanus Is there any reason to train the upper body for longer sets than the lower body? It does not make sense to me.

RE: General discussion HIT strength training.
@Peatriot HIT training is not for powerlifting, but for building muscle mass.

RE: Bioenergetic video games?
CS, and other high stress games are Anti-Peat. You might enjoy these games, but they are stressors. Slow paced games that focues on strategy and creativity are Peaterian. Games like Heroes of Might and Magic, classical chess, and Minecraft are clearly far more peaterian than something rigid and stressfull like CS and Dota.

RE: The Future of Europe
@dan-saintdominic This is utter nonsense. There is a high youth unemployment in Italy, so there is no need to import braindead unskilled scholars. There will never be a need for any third world migrants as they are always net negative for both the economy and the society. The mass immigration happens because of white guilt. We need to ensure that being against migration is the moral high ground.

Thanks for posting. This is a difficult procedure to do at home if you need 10 tons to get 3 kilos.

RE: Race and IQ
Everything is environmental including the genes. Still, there is a limit to how much change can happen in a single generation. Anyone who does not recognize the racial differences in beauty and intelligence is simply stupid.
The validation of IQ is interesting. People says that IQ measures intelligence as people with higher IQ are more likely to get certain outcomes that the bourgeoisie values. Yet, people with extraordinary high IQ gets generally worse outcomes than people with moderately high IQ. If IQ is a valid test of intelligence because higher IQ leads to better outcomes in certain areas, shouldn't the correlation trend be perpetually positive? Are most of the people with 150 IQ dumber than the median person with 135 IQ?

Yes hello, I will continue to attack tattoos lol. They are so ugly, and the people who get them are the worst libtards. Even Utkin's tattos were cringe.

RE: Precognitive Dreams
Hello @brad ,
thanks for sharing.
my precognitive dreams are more mundane.
I dream of places and people that I have never seen, and then the dreams come true very soon thereafter.
It is very similar to what Alex describes here;
exepct I do not dream the same dream over and over.[Alex Jones clip] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsrcYiTTNQU)
