RE: The immortal, eternal Bryan Johnson broke his frail, childlike ankle while dancing at age 47
I suspect his bone health have less to do with being a snowflake and more to do with his diet lacking bioavailable nutrients. If he suckled sows for a million Bitcoin a year instead of going on a vegetable yoga-cruise, he might have been able to dance to age-old music. Nietzche talked about this...

RE: RFK Jr. Officially Nominated for HHS Secretary.
@Kilgore I told you on the election thread that this Trump administration would be entirely different. I called it. I am whitepilled to heaven and back.

RE: Herb Doctor Show Discussion
I always laugh during one of the sugar episodes when someone's mother is calling in and complaining that her son craves sugar. Peat had just laid out beautifully why sugar is good and this woman evidently missed the whole point of the discussion.

RE: Peaty Video Games?
@izkrov I remember reading in At Our Wits' End that reflexes and IQ are correlated. Good reflexes are a sign of exemplary brain and nerve function. Reflexes correlate strongly with other cognitive functions. Reflexes have been declining since the 19th century. It is one of the earliest intelligence tests still in use.
I think that games like DOTA and LOL are fine, and better than most games.

RE: American presidential election 2024
We should thank Biden for raising Parkinson's awareness worldwide.

RE: Is bodybuilding bad?
@ThinPicking sure, but strength training is good. RP said so too. Just keep the volume low. Looking and feeling good makes one's life much better. Having low muscle mass late in life is hellish. Not doing any form of strength training is one of the worst decisions you can make. It is much better to lift weights once every week or every second week rather than not training for strength at all. Dave Jacoby was the world powerlifting champion in his weight class several times and only lifted once a week. The applied nuclear engineer Roger Estep also trained minimally with great results. I lift once a week and I am absolutely convinced that it is beneficial for me.

RE: Is bodybuilding bad?
Bodybuilding is good. More muscle mass increases the BMR. BB helps with androgen production. People who do not partake in strength training age poorly. If you are not building a beautiful body, you are doing it wrong. Just keep the volume low and do not starve yourself to death.

RE: No craving for protein, only carbs
@mavuue Yes, you do not need 200G. No one needs more than 140G at your size and age. 120G is probably fine.

RE: What is the most effective protocol for young men to looksmax?
@LetTheRedeemed Thanks. I am familiar with him through Gallagher and Rogan. I prefer to follow Mentzer and focus on barbell squats.

RE: No craving for protein, only carbs
No one needs 200G of protein daily. I eat 90G and squats 205KG for reps. Eat more sugars and less protein.

RE: Peaty Video Games?
There have been two similar threads earlier this year on the forum. Many people mentioned Minecraft as it gives much room and stimulus for creativity.
My feeling is that playing a variety of distinct games is advantageous. Maybe some games like Blitz Chess is too stressful? I used to stress when I played WC3 as things had to happen quickly. Playing HOMM which is a turn-based game was far more comfortable. The music and atmosphere is also more delightful than in other games.
I suspect that crossword puzzles are good as reflecting on linguistics tends to improve our ability to apply logic.
I would also think that physical games like volleyball and badminton are probably healthier and more enjoyable than video games. -
RE: What is the most effective protocol for young men to looksmax?
@questforhealth2 I lift for 40 minutes a week. It does not feel repetitive. Lifting once a week gives insane results and does not cause that much stress in total. You also have plenty of time for other things. Your body will also falter if you do not train for strength.

RE: Apology
Thanks for sticking up for free speech. I was afraid we were ending up with another Charlie forum TBH.

RE: Bird Flu 2024/25
@ThinPicking I am right swartoid. They are going after milk because it is consumed by white people and especially those who have deviated from SAD or government dietary guidelines.
I love Mullis though. I would have given the same polciy advise to South-Africans.

Non @Truth your take is extremely erroneous.

RE: Bird Flu 2024/25
They are putting the bird flu in our dairy products. They certainly will aim at white people. They also know that people who are aware of the cabal are big on dairy consumption.
@ThinPicking You are severely sick if you cannot stomach such mild rhetoric.
It is good that we are more aware of their moves now than during the plandemic. They certainly will go after the people who put up any form of resistance. It is better for us to call it out now rather than in hindsight. I should get credit for good foresight and managing to put two and two together.
