What kinds of things do you usually eat?

RE: How to esterize DHT at home? DIY
I've heard you have to be careful where you source that stuff (don't get it from China) because they use the same vats to make stuff like estradiol and they don't even clean them. I don't really know any good sources though...

RE: Hormones in Vitamin E
Where do you source your vitamin E? I've heard that it's hard to find trustworthy sources that have both alpha and gamma tocopherols in even proportions.

Of course, in ways that were productive.
This is the key here

RE: The starch question
I'm a starch fan, mostly because I don't have a lot of ripe fruit here and it's unpleasant drinking large amounts of fruit juice as a major carbohydrate. I also notice that I get stomach issues with eating large amounts of fruit that I don't get from eating rice or potatoes, and I think that they are more delicious and filling with savory meals than just sweet fruit alone.

RE: What supplements are most popular among Peaters? (Poll)
Progest E is probably the single most important substance for me imo, it keeps me calm and also guarantees me a good night's sleep. Just for the sleep alone it has saved me from many bad days

RE: Chronic tinnitus?
Thanks for the thoughts. I think I'll see if there's a gut issue involved since I do think I might have some problems in that regard

Chronic tinnitus?
I have had tinnitus for as long as I remember. Any time I am in a quiet environment, my ears have this chronic ringing/static noise, and it is difficult for me to sleep without a fan. I thought this was normal for most people until I came across the Peat sphere, and I've heard people say that it is a sign of chronically elevated adrenaline or endotoxin. Is there anyone who has any tips to help narrow down what is causing this?

RE: Pork is a natural vitamin B complex
If you're in the southern United States, feral hogs would probably make a good meat for people worried about the PUFA content of regular pork

Sketch thread
Hello all,
I wanted to make a thread where people can post their sketches or other works of art that they have made. I'll start with a little sketch of mine, it's nothing special, just wanna get the ball rolling

What kinds of starches do you like best? -
RE: High carb, high plant diversity diet?
I can't say I eat starches instead of sugars, but I do have a lot of both. If I have just sugars, I never feel full and I eventually become ravenously hungry for starch. If I have only starch, I feel very slow and bloated, and it becomes hard for me to think. Having them both together is beneficial in my opinion.
Usually I will eat more simple sugar in the mornings and a lot more starchy vegetables later in the day. My theory is that if you have more muscle, you will tend to crave more starches because the insulin response from it is anabolic and helps to build and maintain muscle tissue. Fructose does not have such a high insulin response so it doesnt build muscle very well.
