This might sound cheesy but it's really just to enjoy the language you're learning and to want to use it well, you will also learn best when you have others to speak it with

RE: Recs for Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, and other grooming substances?
@RayPeatFan
What I usually do is I drain the egg whites into a bowl and eat the yolks raw. When my hair is cut short, 1 egg white works fine, and when it grows out I usually use two. I lather it into my scalp, and it makes it a little easier to wet your hair with a small amount of water first. Since the egg whites are very slippery, I lather in a little bit at a time and hold my head over the bowl so that the egg white can fall back into the bowl if it slips out of my hair.After I lather in the egg white, I wait a couple minutes before washing it down in the shower drain, but you usually want to keep the shower water lukewarm so that it doesn't cook the egg whites when you wash them out. It works really well in my experience and better than any shampoo I've ever used. My hair gets pretty greasy so the whites clear it all away, but I've heard of people with dry scalps washing with the yolk included to moisturize their hair a little more.

RE: Recs for Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, and other grooming substances?
To be honest I just wash myself with baking soda. I remember hearing somewhere that Ray said that soap itself is an endocrine disruptor, even without any additives. One thing I've found (though it may sound disgusting) is that egg whites are very good at cleaning the hair of grease without drying the scalp, and it puts to good use a high tryptophan protein.

RE: Does drinking coffee lower or higher your uric acid levels?
They are extremely similar substances. It would be comparable to eating foods with lots of vitamin D and noticing that your body does not produce as much afterwards, since the need for it has been fulfilled by the food. Your body will continue to produce uric acid as it needs it as it does with vitamin D during sun exposure.

Do you take them with food?

RE: Dream Peater Housing?
I think a house should be designed with a basement or something similar that can trap carbon dioxide, since it's heavier than air and sinks

RE: What you think of banana?
I like to cook with them but I never liked them raw. I imagine in that sense they're like potatoes, where you generally want to make sure they're well cooked. You could probably make something like banana pudding with gelatin since that would counterbalance the high tryptophan content in them

I wouldn't be surprised if it were the b1 since thiamine has a sulfur atom in the molecule -
Incandescent light bulbs?
As we all know our favorite President Brandon has banned a large number of incandescent light bulbs from the public sphere. Other than the heat lamp bulbs (which are nice, but are a bit unwieldy), is there a list of the kinds of incandescent bulbs still on the market that I can use just for lighting around the house?

Thank you, I'll read this when I get a chance -
Leibniz vs Newton, Kepler vs Galileo
I've heard some things from people in the Peaty sphere that there was some sort of group (school of thought/cabal of which Galileo and Newton were associated with, probably had to do with the Enlightenment) that has formed much of the foundation of mainstream scientific thinking. One thing I remember in particular was that Leibniz was one of the figures against this cabal, is there anywhere I can read more about this stuff? I hear a lot about nutrition/health advice but this doesn't seem to be covered as much, so where can I learn about it?
