i gave my gf progest-e and it gave her a three week period which never happened to her before, it was always regular. she also got headaches after every dose so she stopped.

the best way is to go to a local market and ask there who sells raw milk. they will hook you up with a local farmer and you will get freshest raw milk possible, in glass bottle. Local farmers in my country (in eu) usually don't sell in shops but just to local people, who come to them weekly for milk and yoghurts and eggs. Some also deliver. usually you won't get an official receipt for that and its cash only, often they don't even have the website. If it is in normal store, it is probably trash as it was sitting to long there(I tried once raw cow milk from Spar and it was randcid. never again)

Dear kingkiller, it surely caused a hormonal inbalance since it caused instant headaches everytime (so it had a strong effect), and she had a 3 week long period after that.
She never had period lasting more than a week before. So everything points to progest-e, as she did not make any other changes.

But it is true that her hirsutism might not be connected to that - as she had some hair falling out after stopping birth control half a year ago, maybe that could have caused it?

@RapexEat Try not cumming. Train ur pc muscles so when you are on point of no return, scream and clench and sperm won't come out.

Also does a method of delivery matter? If its oral or delivered during sex to vagina.

So my friend listens to bap's podcast and said to me that he heard from podcast that sperm is toxic and woman who get alot of sperm are in bad health because of it. - it was mentioned in the ray peat carrot salad shilling episode I think

Does this have any reasoning? Intuitively, it seems to me like the reverse would make sense, as woman tend to crave semen from men they like.

@Terminator I tried buteyko but I get asthma attack with it as it makes me anxious.. but I drink sparkling water only pretty much..
maybe i dry co2 bath could help? there is only one spa providing it in my country and there isnt much info about it written honestly, I want to try it but at the same time im worried something would go wrong as they dont seem very qualified.

so i am diagnosed with asthma. Now its the second time i got this phlegm i have to constantly spit out.. the last time i had it it lasted two months. i think it starts with a cold but then some inflamation happens.

i feel healthy, I can run and stuff, just I have to constatly use handkerchief and subtly spit out yellow phlegm. I also take asthma meds fostair and montelukast (this one is anti pufa i heard so I dont mind that).

i eat peaty and im a little underweight. any advice appreciated. ive been taking some methylene blue lately and it seemed to help.

@StrongestPeater I heard that too, so testing thyroid levels would be a good start? I won't give her any thyroid meds on my own, as I am not really good at that(I made mess for her when I gave her progest-e). If she get's potentionally diagnosed for hypothyroidism, are the meds that doctor gives you ok?

is it safe for someone diagnosed with asthma to try taking it even the doctor said you might be allergic? I am unsure if I dare to try, but I react to Katialis just fine.

So my girlfriend had painful period cramps and was had pms lately, so I gave her progest-e.

every time after taking it she had a headache so she stopped after 7 days (3-4 drops dermally).

She then noticed that her moustache is starting to grow. She also had period for 20 days. then it luckily stopped and stabilised.

Does someone have any suggestion, how to help her with her hirsutism?
