@DirlewangerSneed While nicotine is an aromatase inhibitor and has many other benefits, iirc nicotine effects your metabolism in a bad way by raising stress hormones. Ironically smoking nicotine removes many negative effects of it. But smoking it is obviously carcinogenic.
I guess you could negate a lot of the bad effects of smoking by drinking coffee or taking vitamin E.
@the-MOUSE If you feel rested when you wake up it shouldn’t really be an issue. But if you feel bad when waking up it could be due to stress hormones. Maybe eat ice cream before bed. It usually results in a good nights sleep for me.
I also find that I need less sleep when I’m in good metabolic health.

Boosted testosterone, DHT, LH, and more. And you can't cope with muh estrogen because the boosted DHT would counterract that, only issue would be prolactin but regardless the question is if it boosts test or not and it evidently does.
thanks for posting this. nofapcels seething
I posted a joke thread about the ”optimal gooning regimen” and got a lot of soy replies seething about gooning being bad for you.
I have a theory on why some people feel so strongly about the supposed negative effects of gooning.
As this is a peat inspired forum, I’m sure many of you know that majority of people are running on stress hormones. Orgasms lower cortisol. So when people orgasm, they think that the loss of energy they feel after is a negative effect. It is simply the lowering of stress hormones. This is probably why people are so addicted to gooning, their body subconsciously wants to lower cortisol. Metabolically healthy people should feel little to no effect from gooning. They also won’t get addicted to it.
tbh i don’t mind sam sulek. granted i don’t watch him so i don’t really know, but i feel like he’s different from most gymbros.
I find a lot of gym obsessed guys (gymcels) pretty weird. They push themselves so much thus raising stress hormones, that’s probably why they are always so mad. fighting their ”demons” in the gym..
When the dust settles, if threads like this still exist, I'm going back to RPF.

Ancient Chinese have an equation for this. ((Age) - 7)/4. Haidut said something about it on interview…I can’t say more.

@RapexEat Your optimal hourly period between ejaculations is (Age - 7) / 4.
We get around 7-8 hours of daylight during the winter months. I keep a generally healthy diet and feel alright, but the constant darkness gets the better of me sometimes. Any idea on how I could address that?
@niggergroyper88 You’re right, it’s not really a problem when you eat the whole egg. Slonking is probably beneficial overall since cooking the yolk reduces the nutrients in it.
@niggergroyper88 Raw eggwhites prevent biotin absorption.

I get that sometimes when it’s negative degrees outside. Usually a glass of warm milk with sugar or a coffee with sugar and milk fixes it for me.
@CharlieLover123 I’d love to hear his take on how we can deplete toxic vitamin A from our bodies #ToxicBileTheory
Is there a way to know how much pufa you have stored in your tissues, or is that only possible through analysing your fat tissue?
Also, how fast is it possible to deplete the pufa in your body? Does it depend on your bodyfat percentage?
@henkboogaart014 If you have no food particles stuck on your teeth, then there’s nothing the sugar can feed on. So just make sure ur teeth are clean before
Is there an optimal gooning regimen?
How significant is the prolactin release from ejaculating? Is edging the way to go? Or does prolonged edging increase nitric oxide too much?
