Been training for over ten years, used to be super skinny and now I am 215 with around 12% BF. for me at least, training 6 days a week doing chest/back one day, squat the next, arms next and deadlift last has worked more than any PPL bro split I ever did. I do lots of reps and squat heavy. 425 squat max, 405 deadlift max, 355 bench max. Just lift heavy ass weight frequently and eat a lot of food esp if you aren’t taking any help

I have a bit of a situation, I am in Greece for vacation and about to propose to my girlfriend in two days and I got bit by some insect the other night on my upper lip of all places. It looks like a spider bite that i had about 5 years back, swollen with a scab. I went to the hospital in Milos, Greece and got amoxicillan 875mg and some aspirin, does anyone have any advice to get the swelling down? I have been icing it for hours a day and its just barely subsiding. Just need swelling to go down so i look so stupid in the engagement photos. any advice is appreciated i am so desperate for a fix

@STH I am definitely not the smartest guy in the world but my two cents is that it could be genetic? My buddies and I take roids and some can go without carbs while I need something or else I feel like I am going to pass out. I would be interested in finding out why
