Skim milk is causing constipation, I found I dont need cascara if i eat something that irritates my intestine/skin, cascara doesn't work when these no fiber present in the intestines, magnesium glyincate makes me feel off/wierd

It seems milk is blocking my bowels
When I have oatbran I begin to poop well but my skin gets irritated, itchy, and get red.
When I stop oatbran I get constipated but my skin is good
The same goes for the carrot salad, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, oats and starches in general and fruits and veg
What can I do?

@CO3 if you have 2 people who eat soluble fiber, and 1 of them is constipated and the other isn't then bacteria overgrowth will only happen for the guy whos constipated, the one who isn't constipated from the souble fiber doesn't have bacteria overgrowth because hes having bowel movements
One cannot say souble fiber = bacteria overgrowth, it depends if they're constipated or not
