I don't think your thoughts are being analyzed directly like you are suggesting in your first post, but they are being "analyzed" via your participation with millions (actually billions) of other YouTube/google users. maybe you searching about ray peat topics (just an example) on google or YT also matched 1/1000000th of a subset of users and then the algo ran it 19012389123819203891203 more times to identify you as likely desiring to see pokemon videos or whatever because of the association

we are talking literal gigantic data centres with computing power that is very high analyzing things a trillion times a second

and just because it is "computing" on microchips doesn't mean that it is totally apart from the same type of coincidence or luck that happens in day to day life. like you think about a blue Lamborghini and two days later a blue Lamborghini drives past you when you hadn't even seen a Lamborghini in real life before. you wouldn't get worried about that and think your brain waves are being stolen. it's the same thing I think except cruder and not as fun, because it is done by Google inc and not by Universe inc. Universe inc is a better algorithm anyways.

if you really want to test it, sign out of all your google/yt accounts and browse in private mode on browser, then use YouTube. you won't get shown anything interesting.

I ate approximately 200g of squid with some jasmine white rice and coconut oil and salt and a 1/4 of a pineapple after. Afterwards, I went into a euphoria sitting on a chair where I drifted off to a half-waking dream. Intense and pleasurable.

After coming to, I watched a somewhat cringe and idiotic movie after and skipped all the relationship / love parts and watched the action parts. It was a dumb and gay film with an unhappy ending, I think the writer thought it was epic and cool and introspective, but it just seemed like they were trying too hard.

Natto and chicken liver have the most biotin of any food I've looked up. Natto can be super-high depending on the ferment and soybean variety. A cuppa or two of some good green tea and amongst a high calorie high nutrition diet and I think that will be better than taking supplements that address some specific theory that might not even be correct. These niggas probably could eat 4-5 meals a day instead of supplement-maxxing.

I cleaned 2.2lb frozen squid and ended up with approximately 600g meat. Some of the larger squids had this gelatinous and almost scrumptious looking innards... I admit to not trying it. The skin is recommended to peel off the purple skin and I did, some pieces had a bit left on and it turns chewy after cooking. Next time I will probably leave that on.

@polba it probably doesn't matter. ive been told 1 whole pineapple a day will take care of acne and then when it is under control do like 1/4. reccomended to eat the core too. it goes well with protein meals as it helps digest the aminos.

there's case reports of people's hair turning grey/white after trauma and reversing after, not just new growth where the "dead" ends stay white. like literally their whole hair color changes.
