Fascinating study. I wonder if high vitamin D doses like this combined with vitamin K2 would increase height after puberty?

@wester130 would love to follow up on this. Where can you find Hans Amato group?

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
You see he is saying it is still requiring a paywall to post on the forum but he is reducing the price. Think the forum will continue to die which is a shame because it was once a great space.
Hope someone has saved all the posts and discussions somewhere because there is some great stuff there.
I hope the bioenergetic forum continues to grow.

RE: PUFA/endotoxin cause Alzheimer Disease (AD), the plaques beta-amyloid/tau are protective
Fascinating stuff Georgi thanks for sharing. Is there a place where we can find the studies that you have conducted. I'm specifically looking for the study you did on mice with lymphoma treated with niacinamide.
Thanks,

RE: Danny Roddy on "avoid liquid thyroid"
I make sure to shake my tyromix very well and have not had any problems. But like others have said, really shake it!

RE: Androsterone
@PrinceTrebata
I would not say it was a pleasant smell. It was not very bad or foul or anything but not pleasant either. In my recent supplementation I find this change of smell is significantly less than before but it is still there. -
RE: Copper Peptide Hair growth
Interesting I have heard a lot of talk on the ray peat forum about copper reversing grey hair.
How did it effect your skin?

RE: Copper Peptide Hair growth
Here are links to the studies i could find,
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17703734/
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10643103/
This article from hairguard.com (i do not endorse this website it has some cheap Chinese products that they charge a fortune for) but they do have some good analysis.

Copper Peptide Hair growth
Just purchased a copper peptide product to see how it can help for my hair growth. The product is called called Fleava and it has GHK-CU as the main ingredient.
I currently take oral minoxidil (3mg daily), topical minoxidil with micro-needling and have taken some topical stem cell product called calecim.
I have seen some progress with just topical minoxidil and microneedling but then it regressed quite a bit.
Been on the oral minoxidil for 45 days. I also just started some topical t3/t4 on the scalp.
Will keep this thread updated with any progress. Anyone else ever try copper peptide for hair growth?
There are a few studies done on it for hair growth that look promising but I don't think many have tried it.
I can see why it might be beneficial as lots of people are low in copper and high in iron and copper is important for melanin which is important for hair growth.

RE: How to bioenergetically shoot bigger loads
Anything that increases androgens and lowers stress hormones. In my experience when I have increased androgens using DHEA and Progesterone combined with Androsterone it greatly increased volume. Also try to refrain from ejaculating for a few days and you will notice a big difference.
Cistance I also found to be very powerful.

Didn't he eat basically nothing but vegetables, beans and corn?

RE: Mild cold exposure (16 degrees c) reduced circulating serotonin -40% (shifts into platelets)
I'm a bit confused is the reduction of circulating serotonin good in this case or bad?
I know serotonin is bad in general and we want to have less of it but in this context I cannot tell if this reduction in circulating serotonin is bad or good.

RE: Getting fkn SHREDDED
Seems like a solid diet and exercise routine. The one thing that might be holding you back is your hormones.
Have you ever done a hormonal test to check your levels of androgens. I think one of the key things holding back weight loss if you're not in an extreme calorie deficit is high levels of estrogen and cortisol.

RE: Weight Loss no exercise, increased Androgens lower stress hormones the cause?
@NotShanalotte Thanks for sharing NotShanalotte. Yes i've heard Haidut say that. Might be a personal question but did you or your wife notice any libido increase with pregnenolone. I have often had issues with pregnenolone such as heart palpitations that I never had with progesterone.

Weight Loss no exercise, increased Androgens lower stress hormones the cause?
Has anyone else experienced weight loss from taking androgen promoting and stress reducing supplements such as progesterone and androsterone without working out.
Past month i have barely done anything but go from my home to my office (very unlike me) think I've done 2 workouts and one 2 hour walk.
I have been taking 5-10mg of androsterone per day along with 40-80mg of progesterone. I have noticed that despite this very sedentary couple of months I have not put on any weight if anything I look like I may have lost a bit of weight.
My libido is also sky high. Anyone else had this experience?

RE: Pregnenolone and Progesterone refused by Canadian Customs
@Norwegian-Mugabe Are you serious, progesterone and pregnenolone are illegal in Norway! The world is so upside down on health it makes me furious.

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
Looks like the recent downtime has not stopped him from continued forum suicide.
Still banning everyone under the sun. Anyone have any data on how much the traffic is down on the forum?
I still have my old account but I'm afraid to post anything about any subject because it will either get overwhelmed with Anti-vitamin A detox garbage or it will offend his holiness @Charlie somehow.
