One of the easiest ways to increase CO2 is to buy soda stream bottle or sth of that kind ,filling big bag and going inside up to the neck . Warm CO2 has more infrared energy. Emergency /survival way can be breathing in that bag for oxygen lowering/CO2 increase and transdermal CO2 delivery. We must remember that we exhale also carbon monoxide during flu/"covid" from heme oxygenase-1. I don't know if carbon monoxide by transdermal way can be a big problem. CO2 among others recycles K1/K2, detoxifies ammonia to urea, pushes out carbon monoxide even in coma out of heme.

Vitamins and minerals in 4 TBSP of Maple syrup according to Cronometer (highly recommend this app). I realized recently I should eat maple syrup instead of any high fructose Aunt Jemima/Mrs. Butterworths brand, to get the vitamin/mineral benefits. Kinda crazy how much there is in such a small amount. Going to test it as a healthier pre-workout. Sometimes you need that extra energy boost before hitting the gym. @Mauritio the serum I use has Niacinamide as its main ingredient, I would rather diversify supplements and routes to see whether I can even out the aggressive fall/winter hair shedding.

@Samyo Eggs have high sulfur, generally sulfur intolerance can happen because of a molybdenum deficiency. You could test and see if you have the same reaction to other high sulfur foods. Or it could be something else of course
