@Mr-X I think I noticed mood swings too. I think there’s so many different chemicals in there that it’s always going to be unpredictable.

@Peatful - For me, supplements are additions to my diet. Salicylates are found in food but I supplement my diet with aspirin. A systematic review of salicylates in foods: Estimated daily intake of a Scottish population Progesterone is produced in the body but when it is exogenously consumed then it is a supplement. I hope this helps.

I've used both (Ritalin rather than adderall mostly) and can see where you're coming from in regards to it alleviating anxiety and boosting productivity like addy (although I've often found adderall to be one of the most anxiety inducing drugs I've used). Semi off-topic, but interestingly enough, adderall (not sure about ritalin) inhibits TSH, which in turn suppresses follicular release of T3 and T4. Amphetamines are seriously nasty and I would only ever take them with a heavy stack to mitigate the negatives. I would be interested to see how a dose of T3 to normalise levels would effect the adderall experience.

@odiniccold I've put it on my face before tanning in UV 8-9 for about 50 minutes on several occasions. My shoulders were burnt but my face was just fine.

@MJ_LZ I started the T3 three days ago now but have noticed zero anything. My resting heart rate has dropped in fact. I’m taking 5mg twice a day with meals. When did you feel symptoms improve?

I suspect at this point that I just can't digest carbs and have some sort of sibo. Maybe pyrucet stayed in my system for days at a time and this caused me to produce no energy at all since I wasnt able to digest fats because of it meanwhile bacteria were going after the carbs

@TopicalsOnBalls I did try their cascara. I think that all the concentrated cascara is from that Italian company Farmalabor. It has maltodextrin in it which I'm avoiding for now. I actually get better results from Oregon's Wild Harvest Organic Cascara capsules.

I'm not sure how it would affect your particular equation but 50 grams of liver will also have approx 3-5mg of copper so keep that in mind when researching since it is a decent daily amount.

@voldtzeig This is the only hydroxiapatite toothpaste available in Portugal and I quite like it. It's affordable, refreshing and seems to reduce sensitivity: https://jardimsuspenso.com/en/made-in-portugal/193-couto-toothpaste-60g-5601331001022.html Ingredients: Aqua, Hydroxyapatite, Glycerin, Potassium Chlorate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium C12-18 Alkyl Sulfate, Mentha Piperita, Menthol, Paraffinum Líquidum, Anethol, Sodium Saccharin, Thymol, Eugenol and Limonene.
