oatmeal (especially the bran), haricots vert, cucumber (in skin mostly), dates, grapes, beer, various whole grains are , pineapple, banana, all high in silicon
debateable bioavailabilities tho, depending on your criteria for bioavailability, in any case there are multiple studies on this topic and they are interdasting
