good thermometer product? why is there no go to thermometer to recommend?
thermometer recommendations are scattered all over the place, some people swearing by mercury devices, others saying infrared or digital etc...
what is the consensus on this issue? what is superior product? (give link)
i can say for myself that i was put off from measuring my temps at first because of the arguments over thermometer inaccuracies on RPF

every few months, i bulk until i feel im fat then run DNP for 2-3 weeks and lose 10-15 lbs. im natural so its a real game changer. i used to want to roid, but it turns out DNP is all i need, apparently it also has life extending benefits at lower doses, i think @haidut (?) posted about some rat study on RPF.Being on 200mgs of DNP feels like having the perfect thyroid dose all the time, my brain is hot, my body is hot, mood is great...all despite the fact that im wasting energy b/c of the DNP mechanism. Only when you push super high doses daily do you risk overheating and lethargy.

i had a terrible dermatitis breakout 2 weeks ago from something i was applying topically to my face, (im suspecting it was a topical thorne d3/k2 product i had just started using.) my face was super swollen and i had hives under my eyes, on my beard, on my ears.... it was so bad it hurt to even touch the areas.

im drinking close to a gallon of a1 non-organic grocery store milk daily with no issues. i use sugar and cacao power to make homemade chocolate milk. digestion is fine, and my muscles are growing like crazy, it feels just as anabolic (maybe even more) than red meat or eggs, so protein quality is definitely not an issue.since i drink so much milk i need to make sure thats its not ice cold straight out of the fridge or i can get cold, so i let the milk sit out a bit before making my chocolate milk. also i make sure to get at least one solid red meat meal with lots of salt for dinner.

mix and drink, the gelatin doesnt dissolve but i dont mind the texture, and it tastes nice and sweet
although, i havent had beef gelatin powder in a while now. i need to buy some but last i heard the now foods brand is not good? thats the one i used to use. does anyone know a good brand? -

honey is too sticky and gets tangled in my hair. i filled a spray bottle with some coke and just spray it on my scalp and massage it in whenever i can remember, its just a convenient way to get some sugar on there.

RE: Weight gaining
overeating ice cream is the fastest way to get fat if thats your goal. its extremely calorie dense & peaty if you get a good brand with minimal additives. it has calcium, a fair bit of protein and most importantly little PUFA. if you want to "cleanbulk" then you will need to track your daily calories and eat around 500 excess calories each day. haidut has posted a few studies on why being a little fat is protective. just search up obesity paradox on RPF
IMO bodybuilding is easiest when you bulk and cut. Being fat (with limit) like 20-25% bodyfat for a year or two (or even longer) is the easiest way to progress in both size and strength.
also losing weight is much easier than gaining muscle. losing weight is especially easy when you have muscle and weight train. if you get too fat you can use mitochondrial uncoupler drugs like DNP or t3 to lose weight fast.
