- supplementing d3/k2/t3 (calcium regulation)
- washing hair with baking soda (antifungal)
- showering daily (lowers scalp cortisol)
- cyproheptadine daily (lowers cortisol / serotonin)
- aspirin daily (lowers estrogen / aldosterone)
- daily carrot salad (lowers estrogen / prolactin)
- heavily salting meals (lowers aldosterone)
- having 1-2oz liver once or twice a week
- light scalp massage with fingertips / knuckles few minutes daily (lowers scalp cortisol)
- lowering intake of or eliminating inflammatory foods. (these foods can differ for everyone so perceive think act.)
