pasture raised, scrambled, cook on high, salt to taste after youre done cooking. Ive found green bell pepper or any green peppers goes really well with eggs. Also pickled vegetables go well with it.

Topical Minoxidil: is it really that bad?
im considering starting minoxidil 5% topical since ive completely halted my hairloss with peating and want to experience some regrowth on my temples.
ive been shaving my head for the past 2 years, however i let my hair regrow the past 3 months & it grew so rapidly and thick i couldn't believe it, the transformation was jarring since i was used to my baldcel look. my current hair is much longer and thicker than my hair was in my teens. im taking thick ray peat, schopenhauer type hair.
the only problem is the areas where i receded during my rapid hairloss phase at my temples are not regrowing, despite microneedling and applying topical caffeine & b3 somewhat frequently. ive only been able to regrow a few tiny vellus hairfrom doing research on hairloss, minoxidil seems to be the only drug that is able to wake up dormant hairs and cause significant visible regrowth (especially when combined with dermarolling). looking online at minoxidil transformations there is just too much evidence for its effectiveness. ive read that it works especially well for people who's hairloss happened rapidly (in 2-3 years).
Im thankful i avoided finasteride like the plague but i wish i had started minoxidil when i began receding.
Im planning to get a transplant next year and i want to gain as much hair back as possible so i dont have to use too many grafts and ruin the density in the back of my head. The only potential side effect im concerned about is the reported heart palpitations, but its relatively uncommon and and ceases upon stopping the medication. i looked through countless photos of people using minoxidil on r/tresless and r/minoxidilbeards and i couldnt really see any horrific skin aging that some peaters say could happen when using the stuff. Plus im only going to apply it to the top of my head and not my face. to reduce systemic absorption and skin irritation im only going to use topical 5% minoxidil 6-10 hours after i dermaroll. i only plan on using it for a few years and then weening off it and stopping it completely. Since i've halted my hairloss i dont think my terminal minoxidil hairs would shed if i stop the medication in the future.
here is a very good FAQ on minoxidil:

RE: Any experiences with DHT?
i got my QSC DHT powder to dissolve in 95% ethanol.
my retarded ass state banned 95% ethanol everclear in 2014 so i had to buy it marked up online from science.bio
https://science.bio/product/ethanol-solvent-50ml/
its non-denatured so safe for application.
i tried in DMSO but DMSO irritates the skin, especially if you want to apply to face, nipples, or balls

RE: Progesterone ruin gains in Gym?
@Aryan_Racist
why would you get gyno from taking progesterone orally or rubbing it on your legs/feet? just dont apply it to your nipples if your fat or have existing gyno. ray said only 5mg (kernal size drop of progest-e) is enough for males. and you can use olive oil to increase its spread if you want to apply it topically. -

RE: Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?
sam sulek is a roid tranny yet he comes short of any aesthetics. but hey, at least he’s making a living yapping in front of a camera so props to him i guess. i will continue naturally lifting whenever i feel like it and aspire to attain a beautiful physique like that of larry scott and sergio olivia who had mass but not too freakishly lean & well proportioned full muscles and healthy skin.
also all the comments saying he will be dead within a decade are probably untrue alot of roid trannys can live into their late 60’s, some of the top bodybuilders from the late 80’s are still alive and “well”.
Anyways, i sill wish and hope that sam sulek dies as soon as possible since he will likely attain a 9/10 blonde gympawg from his social status that he was only able to gain by using performance enhancing drugs.
while gentle, romantic, natural, beautiful souls like me will rott away as a homeless trucel neets since we refuse to cheat and be untrue to ourselves. but such is life. -

what have you bought from these good sirs in india?
ive bought:
cyproheptadine
bromocriptine
cabergoline
clonidine
propranolol
exemestane
ondansetrondo they sell anything else worth trying?

RE: Clearing "mental hurdles"
you need to calm down and focus on the task, there is no magic pill.
-
RE: Cabergoline? Experiences. Where to get.
alldaychemist and bgpharmadrugs sell it. haidut has said to take some cyproheptadine with it to counteract the serotonin side effects that can lead to heart valve problems. he said that cabergoline can cause heart valve problems even just a single dose, so i think cyproheptadine is a must. only bodybuilders use this drug and for prolactin/progesterone related gynecomastia for when they use tren. it usually dosed at .5mg twice a week. i think bromocriptine is a safer dopamanergic but bromocriptine has more sides for me (nasea, stuffy nose) i didnt notice any sides when i took caber w/ some cyproheptadine

RE: Height and penis increase anecdote thread?
past puberty you will need to apply tension to the penis if you want it grow. pumps, manual stretches, clamping, and hanging are tried and tested methods. adding topical DHT + vitamin d3/k2 in combination with these exercises will probably yield you on average 1/2-3/4 inches a year (although some people can gain even up to an inch a year when they first start out) if youre consisent with it just like you would be with the gym in a few years you can easily add an inch and a half to girth and length which is like a whole standard deviation. to most people its not worth the effort but if youre a Faustian NEET i dont see any reason why not to try dickmaxxing.

RE: Weird Feeling in my Elbows when doing these lifts
@superuser68
i think i has this at the start of my lifting journey its called ulnar nerve snapping. stretch your neck & do some flossing of that nerve by holding your arm out and then pulling your hand down at your wrist. mine went away when i isolated and grew my triceps with pushdowns and dumbell frenchpress for a few years. you need to overload your triceps and force them to grow so there is more tension on the actual triceps muscle and not on that joint/nerve. -

RE: What has Peating done for You?
i found rays work a few years ago, i was shitting blood and had terrible diarrhea. i went to the doctor and they did a stool test and he stuck his finger up my ass and told me i have IBS and i think he diagnosed me with chrons disease too. that week i found rays articles and the forum. I ate nothing but rice, milk, yogurt, salt, supplemented with a shit ton vitamin d3 and just layed out in the sun all day. my “ibs” was gone within a week of eating real food. to think if i had not found rays work and fixed my diet i would be on some zogpills right now and my life would be completely different.

RE: (men) where do you apply progest-e?
Some Effects of Progesterone in Men Copyright 2021 - Ray Peat, PhD
Classifying progesterone as a “pregnancy hormone” and a “female sex hormone” has seriously limited understanding of its function in both men and women. It is a stabilizer of cellular structure and function in all organs, similarly in men and women. This stabilizing effect is especially important in the nervous system, where it is protective against stress. In both men and women, a progesterone deficiency is associated with problems including seizures and bipolar disorder, irritability/elation, aggression, and depression, as well as sex-related problems.
In the 1970s, an acquaintance told me that he had become impotent following his vasectomy. I was familiar with the progesterone deficiency produced in women by tubal ligation and by intrauterine contraceptive devices, and I had seen a study of men’s hormones following a vasectomy, in which an isolated deficiency of progesterone sometimes occurred, so he decided to try some progesterone. He later said that a single dose had corrected his erectile problem. Other young men with erectile dysfunction, from other causes, had similarly good results with small amounts of progesterone.
When a problem is quickly and permanently corrected with a small amount of progesterone it seems likely that the progesterone acted in the brain to shift the balance, maintained by endorphins, away from the stress induced inhibition of progesterone and testosterone synthesis. At the same time, though, that progesterone is lowering cortisol, it is also reducing inflammation, partly by acting as an antagonist to aldosterone. Increased aldosterone is associated with erectile dysfunction (Chang, et al., 2019; Wu, et al., 2018, 2016), and it interacts locally as a testosterone antagonist. In this, and other situations involving testosterone antagonists (estrogen, cortisol, aldosterone), progesterone can have a directly testosterone- supporting effect.
After the age of 35 or 40, many men experience a decline in their resistance to stress, corresponding to the decline in protective substances such as DHEA and progesterone. Often a small amount of progesterone, 5 or 6 mg (for example, a drop of Progest-E the size of an unpopped kernel of popcorn) can make a difference, sometimes lasting for a few days or more. Paying close attention, the effects are usually noticeable within about half an hour. At a certain level, progesterone can antagonize the effects of testosterone; in younger men, 2 or 3 drops can have that effect. That effect passes within a day of stopping the progesterone. If a younger man uses progesterone topically, for example for sunburn, a little olive oil should be applied to the skin first to make it spread easily; if it’s used on a large area, the same anti- testosterone effect is likely to be noticed.
