Been taking my underarm temperature lately and I notice that there's almost a half degree difference with my left and right side. My right side just read 98.1 degrees after lunch and my right read 97.6 degrees. Any reason why that might be?

I switched up the diet a bit to get more carbs from sugars via juices, fruits (mainly dates and mangoes), and the only starchy carb I'll eat is white rice with my meats and seafood. Since eating 400g of carbs a day starting from Monday, this I've shed a few pounds but MAN am I hungrier than ever. Does this mean it's working? Is my metabolism healing?
I just got back from a trip and I definitely ate some stuff I shouldn't have (fried foods, but your boy was hungry lol).
I took half a tablet Erythromycin for the first time this morning and I feel really freaking good. Will update as the day goes on, but my gut feels really good an hour in :).

@Runenight201 Danny suggests topical application on the leg, try doing that and see if it helps. The saran wrap helps with the absorption.

I have a post on here talking about bonemaxxing via K2 supplementation, but on top of gaining that bone density (I feel like my feet got slightly bigger too) I noticed insane PR's at the gym.
A few months ago I was stuck at 110lbs for tricep pulldowns with rope and v-bar. It's pretty solid but I was stuck on that weight for months. I was also stuck at 310lbs on the chest press, again really good but I wasn't making much progress. I was taking K2 but orally not topically. I followed Danny Roddy's protocol of topical K2 application and BAM I started hitting PR's left and right.
I can do 400lbs on chest press for 6 rep, (max at 450lbs for 2 reps)
190lbs for 6 reps for tricep pulldowns (gym I'm at right now maxxes out at 150 and it felt light af yesterday)
I can do 6 pull-ups at 225lbs bodyweight along with 5 tricep dips when before I couldn't do more than 2 pull ups and one tricep dip at 210 lbs.
I'll continue to update here, trying to cut down to 200 on my journey to get down to 180 but I thought I'd share my experience with K2 and my gains in the gym.
Meraki MB and some OJ is my go to, sometimes I'll put Meraki MB in my water bottle (I use sparkling water + OJ) and the pump is insane. Maybe I'll put some baking soda in as well.
@JailBaitEnjoyer I follow Danny Roddy's advice. I put like 20 drops of liquid K2 and rub it on my leg, wrap it with glad saran wrap right before bed.
@brad Just to be safe, most people on the old forum who did bag baths said to do them outside.
I saw a post on Twitter/X talking about people gaining weight after supplementing Vit K because the bone density increased and didn't notice any gain in fat. I feel like I'm in the same boat.
I definitely went hard on the bulk and I'm trying to cut. I'm aiming to eating 2400-2500 calories per day (2900 is my maintenance) and walk 10-15k steps per day to keep myself active. I can visibly see the fat come off my body and I'm able to fit into shirts and pants that didn't fit me from before but my weight on the scale is hardly budging. Could it be because of Vit K as well as general muscle gain?
Here’s the setup
Here are the steps:
Get into garbage bag and take out as much air from bag as possible
Tie belt around bag and waist
slip hose connected to CO2 tank into bag and fill until sufficient amount of CO2 is in the bag
chill for 20-30 mins
TIPS:
have some OJ beforehand or some sugary drink/any sugar really beforehand
HAVE A SOURCE OF FRESH AIR THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
Try to have a second person help you if needed
@donovan That makes sense, my sleep is actually really solid. I get deep 7-8 hours every night with great REM sleep and dreams. Would it make sense to get my blood drawn later in the day? Do you really need to be fasted when getting blood drawn?
@donovan I'm up north so I supplement Vit D due to lack of sun, I do weight train five days a week. I'll try incorporating sprints
