Positives I’ve Noticed:
More calm Feel less intimidated/scared by higher ranks in my work place less social anxiety. Used to freeze during presentations and driving meetings. no adrenaline rush (interesting feeling when I went on a rollercoaster. It was like experiencing the ride with clear vision. Occasional dry eyes. Occasional catching myself acting confident in a rude manner, but no anger. Not afraid to speak my mind or filter my thoughts before speaking. when the stack starts wearing off, i feel like the stress response flicks on and off rapidly during a stressful event. For example, when I was riding my motorcycle I got stressed when I was trying to come off the line. While I was peeling away the feeling of stress would turn on and off repeatedly until I felt safe on my way. Weird feeling.Neutral effects
I feel full all the time even with little food weight gain but it doesn’t feel like fat. Clothes fit the same. Hoping the drop in cortisol and serotonin is allowing some muscle to grow back.
