The most important thing you can do is to spread your ideas within a sphere you can influence, that is, people you know in real life. Though it feels nice, nothing will ever get done posting about white excellence in an echochamber of people who agree with you. You need to influence people you know in real life.

You need to be an example for people in real life, and they will look up to you. You need to be a powerful personality and influence people onto your side. Can it be uncomfortable? Will you have people who don't like you because of it? Of course, but that's part of the struggle; nothing good comes easy.

Focus on influencing people around you in real life. All else is effectively a waste of time.

No screens minimum an hour before sleeping. Don't go to bed too late. You will get naturally tired at the right time if you aren't zogging on twitter and whatnot all day. Get at least 7 hours, most people feel their best at 7-9 hours but it depends for each person.

Sunken eyes are a product of lifestyle and diet. I never knew a healthy and happy man who had sunken eyes, but ever man with sunken eyes I ever knew was considerably stressed.

I am very adverse to internet people. You will very seldom find well adjusted people scrolling online forums and chatting in discord servers all day. Well adjusted people see very little need for anything over the bare minimum of internet use, because they understand the poison that it is.

Imagine someone you would theoretically look up to as a role model; do you envision him scrolling twitter all day, sending memes to people hes literally never seen before in real life? Absolutely not. He is too busy thriving in the real world to even begin to care about fake internet nonsense.

The internet is akin to a mind virus. The less you interact with it, the more vibrant and healthy your mind and soul become.

@zsoroaszter I just have one that kind of fits nicely on my head, i pull it down to almost cover my eyes, and the back of the beanie fits the back of my head well, down to where my hair ends. I think just having a nice fit is key, if your beanie is too small then it will inevitably fall off in the middle of the night.

Or perhaps you just move too much when you sleep, and in that case I would recommend trying the string thing.

@NateHiggers become anti-blackpillable. It is going to get worse before it gets better, this I know; but we will absolutely rise back to our former glory. As the situation gets worse, white identity will rise. Many will come to see how dire the situation is, and the time will begin to turn. This will not happen soon, perhaps not even in my lifetime, but I am hopeful for the future. We are the most adaptable and brilliant race for a reason; we sent people to the moon and back, I think we are capable of surviving a short lapse in racial identity.

@zsoroaszter I can vouch for beanies. I have been sleeping with a beanie every night for a very long time, heavily improves sleep quality. I've tried wool vs polyester beanies, I don't think it actually makes a difference.

Maybe try half a teaspoon baking soda before bed for C02 boost.

@niggergroyper88 ages ago when I was back in High School, I never had enough time nor patience to make myself breakfast in the morning, so I would just crack two raw eggs in my mouth and leave. Incredibly efficient and never had any problems with doing so.

@kyrre for gelatin I just use NOW beef gelatin powder, very convenient. Of course, making use of things like chickens legs and whatnot is much better, but for on-the-go situations you really can’t beat it.

@kyrre never heard of the guava recommendation before, but that could work. To be honest, I don’t even bother stressing out over organic milk or OJ if I’m not home, I’ll just get whatever the cheapest ones are at Costco and they just work.

My big four for when I’m away from home are:

• OJ
• Whole Milk
• Eggs
• Haagen-dazs
• Beef gelatin (use with coffee)

I try not to overthink it. No point in stressing out over milk that’s not raw A2 grass fed etc. if I just can’t get it at the moment.

@Sugar this. Any female account on RP or RW twitter is instantly blocked. This ridiculous notion that female accounts have anything valuable for us needs to end, they never have anything to tell me and are usually just shamelessly attention whoring.
