Ever since I can remember, I had a bit of yellowing on the palms of the hands and on the soles of my feet, and also around my mouth. But for the past year or so, I've noticed a yellowing of the eyelids. Usually I only had to worry about puffy face, which would improve as the day went by and I could attribute to sluggish thyroid. But yellow corners of the eyelids (no change in volume or texture) have me a little concerned. Is this a bilirrubin issue? What could I possibly try to make it better?
@Mauritio the serum I use has Niacinamide as its main ingredient, I would rather diversify supplements and routes to see whether I can even out the aggressive fall/winter hair shedding.
I use Scandinavian Biolabs shampoo and serum. What they claim is supply for a month I've made last for almost three months, and I've shoulder length hair. I find their products pretty good for maintenance. I will probably be adding oral apple polyphenols (@Mauritio started a thread on that) and topical NMN or Niacinamide, which are @haidut 's latest recs.

@Jonk Thanks for adding to the discussion. I'm not sure I can fully agree with your argument, you know? I want to, but I can complicate things with a movie such as The Fountainhed, by King Vidor. For many people, the underlying "philosophy" is repulsive. But Gary Cooper is a powerhouse, which somehow electrifies and absolves his character. I love this movie, no matter who wrote it.

Can we settle on a definition of bioenergetic when it comes to entertainment? I do love David Lynch, but his stuff is so vivid and disturbing that it hardly fits my bill. On the other hand, melancholy films such as Tarkovksy's have problems of their own.
Should a bioenergetic film mess up your sleep or cause you to have weird dreams? Should it drain you, make you feel gloomy or instigate feelings of helplessness? If not, what films can be rewarding (dopamine-ergic) or relaxing (GABA-ergic) without falling into the pit of sunday comedy/superficial feel-good flick?
For the sake of example: I love sci-fi, but this new version of Dune caused me such anxious feelings I hesitate if I'll watch the second part. Interception, while it also has a stress-inducing soundtrack by Hans Zimmer, somehow is less overpowering and managed to restore my mood in the end.

I was a very discrete member, but this whole thing saddens me to the core. And I'm not sure anyone has planted this division, I think anxious people under pressure make very bad calls. A mixture of paranoia and messianic megalomania can most certainly be driving this behaviour on its own.
@Not_James_Bond mind you, Portugal could be on that list, but I might be a little partial to it. Plus I suspect that our average citizen simply cannot afford to eat well any more. The move away from the hinterland into coastal cities hasn't helped either.
I believe Greece is a major contender. I've spent some time in Crete, eating mostly sheep yoghurt, fish, greens and some fruit, and it felt amazing. Their coffee has a very light roast and specific pot preparation, I became a fan. If you stay away from the major touristic spots, you'll eat local products and enjoy the wonderful weather.
I don't think they are... ICA seems to have better spelling skills.
In other news, all afternoon haidut was posting like mad, brand new threads on vitamins and aspirin! I was binge watching and I'm curious as to what his dedication over there will bring about.
