RE: I want to open up a discussion about condoms
@Mulloch94 you are retarded.
You should worry about condoms and not be happy with the “well you can’t have a perfect environment”. This is overlooked and it probably causes more damage than other things you shouldn’t worry about for convienance/nothing is 100% clean like eating from food packaged with plastic, that is something you do not need to be neurotic about, but this, this is specifically harmful in the ways i have stated previously. Try to look for other options with condoms or help find an alternative. You shouldn’t be okay with having all of these endocrine disruptors on your most sensitive and bioavailable absorbing area on your body.

@Ecstatic_Hamster i would dude, its an evil sly untalked about huge biological stressor

RE: I want to open up a discussion about condoms
@CO3 some are latex most are other endocrine disrupting plastics. Even if it is latex they most likely still have lubricant which is severely destructive to androgen production. Latex also usually still has all of the bad with the manufacturing process like BPA, straight to the gonads.

I want to open up a discussion about condoms
I don’t like to curse but you get fucked, figuratively (and literally) if you use condoms.
You get hit with everything you can imagine straight at the source of one of the most bioavailability sensitive areas on your body. Hormone disruptors where you produce androgens. Dyes, fragrances, spermicide, BPA, Parabens, casein, glycerin, nitrosamines, gluten, synthetic flavor, PEGs, benzocaine, micro plastics ALL concentrated where you don’t want them to be.
I was looking up organic condoms because i was curious if the regulations even ‘allowed’ a clean version or variety and i couldn’t find one. The pure organic latex condoms still had silicon oil from the ones i saw.
Is there an alternative out there, wat do you guys buy?

RE: Why are you all so religious
One of the reasons is because you can’t be your own god. I have faith in Jesus, God has delivered miracles in my life, He has protected me, and has guided me around pitfalls.

RE: Are Polls a Good Idea?
@brad i think polls are better in place of likes. Adding likes/dislikes on here would make it reddit-y, polls are an appropriate form of this if you need a similar measure. This would put it on the user’s discretion to incorporate this function if needed instead of it being a foundation and inherently forced in the model with every interaction.

RE: Cold hands & feet – discuss causes & remedies
@Kruton https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6221534/#:~:text=Sucralose diminishes thyroid peroxidase activity,T3 and T4 [17].
Sucralose diminishes thyroid peroxidase activity, leading to a decrease in TSH, as well as in the plasma levels of T3 and T4

RE: Cold hands & feet – discuss causes & remedies
@pilky i noticed cold hands and feet after consuming an energy drink with Sucralose in it. It impeded thyroid function to a great degree. Are you consuming any fake sugar unknowingly in any drinks?

@anabology yes same, thank you for helping me with the suggestions previously. I don’t really get them much anymore.

RE: Peaty migraine remedies?
BAKING SODA!!
Seriously the biggest contributor to relieving my lifelong migraines was this, food grade baking soda. I always throw everything i have at it now. The concoction is baking soda, progesterone, ginkgo bilobo, salt, thyroid, creatine, aspirin, caffeine, and ice cream. I have completely remedied myself with this. They use to get so bad i could only huddle up in the middle of my bed with my eyes closed, couldn’t move, paralyzed in the pain. High doses of ibuprofen seemed to be the only relief and after taking it i’d fall asleep. Now i don’t have to take that detrimental ‘medicine’ to help my migraines.
Baking Soda and/or Salt
Progesterone
Aspirin
Creatine
Thyroid
Ginko Bilobo
Caffiene
IcecreamSometimes kratom but not needed now if I have the above. Migraines cured.
ps- i have recently added cypro from idealabs to my stack and it is also supposed to help with migraines, i haven’t had another since but when/if i do i’ll try cypro for it to see how it fares. I gave my mother some after she developed one and it seemed to help along with magnesium glycinate as that is wat i had on hand.

Updated: rapid creatine degradation into creatinine
I wanted to share something that isn’t discussed about or shared often or even seemingly at all. That would be the fast decomposition of creatine into creatinine; a toxic waste product only excreted by the kidneys. I discovered this through experience, It didn’t occur to me that things degrade out of their respective base property in unfavorable conditions. I became really ill after consuming creatine in a big jug of water or juice throughout the work day for a week or two straight. Only after doing research i found that, creatine degrades to creatinine quicker suspended, and even more so in anything acidic like juice. If you supplement with creatine as lot of us do, i would consume it immediately. Theoretically at least a little bit of the creatine could even degrade in the stomach before you could absorb it all. A side note, I enjoy it with baking soda. It potentiates both substances, could possibly help with this problem of rapidly degrading as well, try it out. I believe we should avoid products with creatine in them like canned pre workout drinks to avoid this potential issue, we do not know if it is already degraded within the products. Keep your powders dry. Thats all I wanted to share, thank you for reading the insight.

I might delete, since some of my original statements are wrong

RE: Rapid creatine degradation into creatinine
@PUFADestroyerPPO i would assume so, heat and acidity both come into play for its decomposition but it takes a couple days for it to decompose in this study. My assumption is bro science, i had it in orange juice and drank it throughout the day and got really ill, but the creatine could have been ‘bad’ to begin with through improper storage. Im not entirely sure the complete driver was the 8 hours in the heat/sun with my orange juice. https://analyticalsciencejournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1002/dta.3165
