As the title suggestions, is there a Peaty take on supplementing HBCD?

RE: Idealabs Muscle Building Stack
@ricksaban I found that 20-25mg post workout helps with muscle building. Its not anything ground breaking mind you, but I seemed to put on muscle slightly faster than if I were not taking it.

RE: Cold seasons - adjustments in nutrition
A lot of bone broth, potatoes, pot roast, cheese, sourdough bread. I essentially adopt what you would expect an English medieval peasant to consume

Idealabs Muscle Building Stack
Share your idealabs stack or other supplement stacks you have found to be helpful with athletic/weightlifting performance and muscle building.
For me 6-Keto-P4 has been the most beneficial for its anti-catabolic effect

Aspirin long term usage
Is there any negative outcomes of long term aspirin use? I just realized I have been using it everyday for about a year now. 325-900mg a day… normal my just 325 mg. I take K2 and have never had issues with bleeding. I take it before bed and it helps me sleep like a baby.
Only thing that concerns me as I have heard it can potentially cause kidney issues.

RE: Lisuride
@RandomUser I take it periodically maybe once or twice. Effects are less noticeable but I’ve also been in an elevated mood ever since the first dose. I have read on the Peat forum that it is like LSD in the sense that it can shift your mindset for a long time so it might just be useful as a “as needed” tool. It does lower prolactin so I generally dose it after intimate time with my wife

Histamine Intolerance?
My wife has been having this issue for about 6 months. Once or twice a month she will have a very bad “allergy” like symptoms develop. Itchy hot face, puffy face, stuffy nose, congestion, headache, body aches and chills. The first time it happened it was after a night of drinking wine so I figured it might be histamine. It happened a few weeks ago after a night of eating shrimp. And then this morning it happened again but no particularly high histamine foods were eaten. She noticed that it seems to happen right before (a day or two) her menstrual cycle. But there are a few times it happened a week or so before.
I have been giving her 2-4mg of cyproheptadine before bed when it happens and it will be cleared up by the next day. But it’s hasn’t solved the issue long term. It will eventually return.
Does anyone have any idea the cause or what to look for here? Is it histamine? Estrogen? Serotonin? The proximity to her menstrual cycle makes me think it’s hormonal.
Any help would be appreciated. Every doctor we have consulted is no help (shocker I know). They just suggest hepatoxic allergy meds.

Carb suggestions?
I am trying to change my macro ratios to lean more carb heavy. I’ve been tracking my food intake the last few days and my fat intake is way too high. I’m usually getting around 140 grams of protein, 300g of carbs and 170 g of fat. What I would like to see is 500-600 g of carbs and significantly less fat.
My issue is I cannot just sit and eat plain ass rice or potatoes. It’s insanely boring. I need some suggestion on good carb sources like fruit, specifically good high carb fruits. I can always add more white sugar. But I don’t want to do too much just from sugar. Also how to lower fat? It’s in everything I eat: dairy, meat, yogurt, cheese.
TLDR: advice on good carb sources?

Thyroid Supplementation Advice
Brief tldr: I eat Peaty, avoid what we all try to avoid, look to manage stress, use red light, take aspirin etc, etc.
I take TyroMix from IdeaLabs. I’m currently taking 6 drops spaced through the day. So roughly around what would be a grain. Overall I don’t feel bad. Fairly upbeat, decent energy though the day, good mood, good libido etc. But my temps and pulse haven’t budged. Still waking up at 96-97 and only getting up to 97.5, maybe 98 during the day. My pulse when I am at a complete rest drops to 50-60 range.
Should I keep going Tyromix dose? I’ve been on the 6 drops for two weeks now. Should I double it or just add a few more drops for another two week?

RE: Danny Roddy on "avoid liquid thyroid"
I frankly much prefer IdeaLabs products and dosing them is easier imo. Not only do I get them within 5 business days instead of several months but I find trying to nibble or cut up a pill to be a colossal pain the in the ass

PUFA Depletion
Is the 30 day no fat diet for PUFA depletion worth it or too dangerous?

RE: Lisuride
@JulofEnoch I took it for a week. Effects started to get less pronounced so I’m cycling off this week. Going to try it again after this week.

RE: Androsterone
@Lothric as far as the Norwood effect, I have had a bad hairline and it’s been thinning for years now and I essentially cut my hair on a 1 now. Idk if this has exasperated the issue. Idk if the androgen theory is true but I refuse to crash my DHT for hair. I rather be bald and high DHT than have good hair and fuck it up

RE: Androsterone
I have used it on and off for years. Biggest benefit I noticed was a calmness. No doubt from the GABA agonism. Unlike others I never noticed a pheromone effect but I’m also married and don’t look for it. But the calmness is definitely noticeable. I also noticed a thermogenic effect. Raising of pulse and temp. I have never tried more than 10 mg. I usually use topical.

RE: Lisuride
@BeamsOfEnergy I’ve used it both. Usually I use topically on my wrists. Take 5-8 drops. Although the first time I only tried two. As others have said it seems to become less potent after extended uses so I’m going to cycle it

RE: Super pyrucet
@JulofEnoch I’ve tried from 2 up to 8 drops. It’s been a very game changing thing for me. Completely changed my flow and mood. Much happier and motivated. Only worry about dopamine down regulation but not sure if that will happen

Lisuride
I have been trying Lisuride recently and it has been one of the most noticeable and beneficial things from IdeaLabs I have tried yet. It has substantially changed my mood, flow, drive, motivation. A real noticeable change. My wife even commented on how just upbeat I’ve been lately. Very unstressed and can handle stressful situations much much easier.
With that being said is anyone aware of the downside of taking this for extended timeframes? Could it lead to dopamine down regulation? I’m imagining I already had low dopamine based on the beneficial this has been for me. But could it exasperate the issue and cause a dependence?
