Unless I'm in a health forum, like RPF and this, I would not even know gut problems are a thing. I'm not sure if this is a matter of being more exposed to a group, online or not, that makes me more aware gut issues are quite common across the world, or that this is a phenomenon unique to the North American (except Mexico) experience and to a certain extent, to the Western European/North American/Down Under experience, all following the same world medical order of the AMA and its accomplices.
Too much antibiotics? Too much persorption from using GRAS ingredients approved by the FDA-USDA combine? Too much vaccination? Too much incest in the research and industrial and academic and media that passes off toxicity as beneficial and scientific weaving a lifelong series of silent intoxication and then blaming genes for it?
I don't see this kind of gut hypersensitivity in the Philippines. I suspect this isn't a thing in the whole of Asia, and even in Central or Eastern Europe, nor even the mideast and Africa.
This situation makes it more difficult to eat starch and even some fruits. Seems like the imposition of sensitivities to natural foods that aren't even processed is the result of a carefully planned conspiracy by those whose aim to riches and power is by a systematic process of disabling a human's built-in natural defenses and ability to balance itself within.
