@Kvothe nothing I’ve tried has made a huge impact but I’m generally healthy aside from a few small issues. T3 does make me feel more alive, however I suspect I have a gut imbalance and will try berberine, then perhaps antibiotics.

I'm coming off a dirty bulk this past winter and definitely gained some fat. I've trimmed my waist from 41.5" to 38.5" in about a month. By mid-late march I'll be looking like an absolute twink.

Most important is high sugar, low fat, moderate protein diet. Calorie deficit 500-700 cals/day. Lift weights 3x a week and do light cardio. Do not burn yourself out on exercise.

I'm also running 4g aspirin, 1g thiamine, 400mg riboflavin 500mg niacinamide, 12 drops tyromix, ADEK to keep metabolism high.

@tea I usually take 1-2 drops. Just took 4 to see if there's a greater effect. I've heard of people taking much more but apparently it does have serotonin receptor agonist activity at some receptors.

Nizoral, ACV, solban, sulfur etc. gives me relief but it comes back. Likely an internal fungal issue.

I've been running taking a gram of asprin 4x a day with 2-3mg K2 with each dosing and feel great. I usually drink/eat something before but have experienced no GI upset.
