RE: Topical Vitamin K2 for regrowth
@tubert Bloo + egg wash 1-2x a week, daily red light for 15-20 mins, + improving overall health are your best bets.
GHK-cu seems promising

RE: 5 Substances I would take to treat depression before SSRIs and why
@Serotoninskeptic Good list. Taurine, glycine and creatine are also worth mentioning

RE: How Come I can Gain Strength, but not size?
I second this. There is no way I could move the weight I do if I didn't train high-intensity. I think a lot of people doing 3x12 regimens don't get close to failure. Maybe in your teens and early 20s you can get away with tons of sets but it is an immense stress on your body and will catch up with you.

RE: delt / arm definition
@raytreats for middle delts literally just spam lateral raises until you can do 50+lbs.
Front delts you hit with bench pressing
Rear delts you should target specifically. Very impt for boulder shoulders

RE: Epic Drink Recommendations For Starting Alcoholics
@Tahodama shot or two of bourbon in an iced latte with lots of maple syrup. RBV. Irish Coffee. Tequila salt lemonade.

RE: T3 plus cal deficit
@samson diet and dosage? T3 never really helped me with weight loss

RE: i will nofap, for delon
@Milk-Destroyer Beauty and healthy are synonymous. Being attractive and well-turned-out is to be healthy. Increasing metabolism with Dr. Peat's ideas will increase your structure and beauty.

RE: Started a DNP cycle yesterday
@Ray-Van-Winkle I lost 15 lbs, mostly subq fat, in about 2 weeks on 250-375mg DNP. I also did not count calories and did have some nutty binge meals because the hunger is intense.
Would go on long walks, lift light for max 45 mins. I was hot, tired, felt winded easily, but got none of the serious side effects like neuropathy, cataracts etc. My temp never went above 100 degrees F. If you don't drink or do any other drugs it seems quite safe.
I'll likely run it again when the weather turns cold again. This stuff is S-tier for fat loss and incredibly cheap.

RE: GF left me after getting a job
@thyroidchor27 said in GF left me after getting a job:
Take her back, steal from her and kcik her out lol.
this is unironically the correct answer

RE: Carb suggestions?
@Lothric Sugary beverages. Coke, lemonade, sugar in coffee, juice etc. is an easy way to get more carbs
-
RE: Starch is truly slave food
I personally thrive on sourdough, brioche and potatoes. My carb consumption is about 50/50 on sugar/fruit vs. starches.
Starches are more satiating than sugar and very tasty if cooked well. If red meat is the sine qua non of aristocratic cuisine why don't you give up peating and do raw carnivore

RE: Methylene Blue in the eye
@samson Not tryna go blind. I wonder what concentration commercial eyedrops with methylene blue use. I'd wager it's a lot lower than 1%.

RE: Methylene Blue in the eye
@RandomUser Looks like vitamin E inhibits tyrosinase. I have blue-green eyes already. I'll lyk if I get A10s lol.

Methylene Blue in the eye
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with applying methylene blue 1% or diluted directly on their eyes? I've read a case study in which injection of methylene blue causes edema, scaring and blindness.
https://www.scielo.br/j/abo/a/spP6W8ZHpkRdNk7wKyk6YmP/?lang=en&format=pdfThere are also popular eyedrops in France that have methylene blue as an active ingredient. There were other case studies studying the side effects of eyedrops such as these but could be due to other ingredients.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2624913/My goal is to whiten my sclera and reduce vascularization. I ordered some eyedrops from Poland that have Vitamin A and E and will update on their effectiveness. Also looked into an Italian product that has b-vitamins. American eyedrops, besides perhaps anti-histamine, are completely useless garbage.
