@BroJonas "Socialist revolution" Lmao. This is a loser group but if you don't live in Canada you don't realize the extent certain ethnicities have ruined the country. Streets filled with indians, stores you used to frequent only serviced by Indians who only hire other indians. Food banks abused by non working Muslims who complain about "racism" in probably the most tolerant nation in the world. Ops solution is laughable and won't do anything but it's definitely not "brain dead hate".

RE: Share your PUFA story
@psi have you tried antibiotics? My problems aren't nearly as severe I just get a weird feeling and coated tongue after drinking orange juice. I ordered some penicillin vk and am going to do a short 3-7 days cycle of it.

RE: cro-magnon and star child metabolism
@psi Yea its the residue starch which is what causes the problems and obesity. Not as big a problem as pufas, but I think contributes to a lower metabolism.

RE: Rate the Supplement Stack of a Canadian Peater
@Nomanarch A large amount of peaters I meet online either here or on the RPF are from Canada including me. It's interesting because I would think for our size it would be much rarer to see a Canadians on here. To answer your question though all the substances you use are good and peaty but it can be excessive if your taking them everyday. t3 and t4 are easily acquired via meds.com.mx. I had no problems getting mine through customs.
Besides that ensuring you have adequate carb intake, salt to taste, eating gelatinous foods.
Some other supplements you can think about trying in the future are Progest e, Pregnenolone, and Cyproheptadine.

RE: cro-magnon and star child metabolism
@psi It would probably have to be PUFA or other thyroid disrupters. Cane sugar being removed for sodas and and other sweets to high fructose corn syrup probably is a factor as well. IIRC by the 1980s Coca cola removed cane sugar as their sweetener. The processing of foods with un wanted flavours, dyes, gums etc, probably impairs metabolism a decent bit.
Also "Greeks are mostly a medieval fiction", lmao. I'll read your link with an open mind, but I've never heard about this conspiracy. Sounds like something BAP would say.

RE: cro-magnon and star child metabolism
@psi I didn't realize you meant that far back when you mentioned "deep past", I guess it was right there in the title. It's a good question though, even the ancient Greeks who are probably the most well respected individuals who have ever lived, and had good fresh nutrition, exercise, etc. Yet they had much smaller skulls than cro magnons. Maybe some now extinct animals provided an insane amount of nutrients. Or the constant chewing of tough meat changed their facial bone structure causing it to be much larger. Cooking meals while making some nutrients more avavible, often makes the food easier to chew.

DHT with test?
apologies for all the DHT threads, I know i've made a quite a few now. I acquired some DHT powder, and am going to dissolve it with DMSO. However, after talking with a few people it seems that testosterone should be taken with DHT as it tends to deplete test. How much test could you take with DHT so it dosen't impair natural production long term?

RE: cro-magnon and star child metabolism
@psi So many factors like increased mobility, cleaner air and less pollution, less processed food and toxic chemicals in the environment, no seed oils, organic fresh foods, less depleted soils, etc etc.

RE: Revisiting Oral Testosterone
@Crypt-Keeper If you don't mind could you dm or share your DHT source?

RE: Revisiting Oral Testosterone
@Kilgore Thanks for the heads up! I live close to the border so I might set up a po box and and pick it up. I wonder why the Canadian government is so tight fisted about supplements.

RE: Slight pain when supplementing TUDCA
@irs I don't know how effective TUDCA really is. I know low ratio of t4/t3 around 1/1 2/1 is good for the liver and would help your hypothyroidism. Coffee is generally recommend by peat as well. Fatty liver is a pretty serious issue and while TUDCA may help I don't think it will solve it.

RE: Revisiting Oral Testosterone
@RFC32 Whats your pregnenolone dose, and source?
-
RE: Does t3 reduce facial bloating?
@BroJonas You should probably be measuring your temperature in order to know if you're hypo or not. 3/4 is a decent dose and you should have seen some improvement, if not you should look into other health markers like high estrogen/ serotonin, low vitamin d, endotoxins etc.

RE: Best Soda?
@Ecstatic_Hamster I just don't get excited about coconut water it tastes terrible. Potassium is in a lot of foods + oj so I think I should be getting enough.
