I agree , the "climate change" hypothesis is definitely a part of a depopulation agenda.
GE podcast episode 35, I see. I will look into that episode.

I would guess that it has no effect on metabolism at all.
I remember once telling a man something similiar actually. I told him "oxidizing glucose generates 50 % more carbon dioxide compared to oxidizing fats"
His responds was "uh...ok..so what? that just means it will be even worse for our climate and animals"
He is a believer of the "climate change" and "co2 is just a waste gas" dogma. He is not aware of carbon dioxide important role in human health physiologically.
What you said about Lewis acid is a good explanation though and I should have told him about that.
Is carbohydrate phobia the new mainstream "thing" in recent years?
In early 2000s it used to be saturated fat and red meat phobia (originated probably from the 70-80s cholesterol propaganda ) but somewhere after 2010 and forward it shifted towards carbohydrate phobia when keto/carnivore/low carb became trendy.
Nowadays it seems like carbohydrates are demonized much more so than fats. The average person out there genuinely believes that a low carb diet is healthy.
A full keto diet (more extreme version of "low carb diet") which is very unhealthy and even potentially dangerous has become socially acceptable and even encouraged in mainstream culture.
Hi,
Megadosing vitamin A and high sugar consumption would probably be helpful in this regard.
High/unlimited carbs + very low fat is the best thing ever.
Incels dont hate women (they dont hate people in general either)
Just because a man is unable to get a long term girlfriend , or have sex , doesn't mean that he is automatically going to be filled with hatred towards people lol . Some of them might feel lonely or depressed but thats all. Being unable to get a girlfriend or sex doesn't make you a bad person.
That logic is like saying that a person with a disability who cant walk will hate people who can walk . Doesn't make any sense.
Most men are incel nowadays. I would even say that its more rare to NOT be an incel than to be one.
Well for example some men would think they are volcel (voluntary celibate) while in reality they are incel but won't admit it to themselves.
But even men who has sex , most of those men don't have sex on a regular basis . They only have sex occasionally once in a while if they are lucky , which would make them borderline incel.
@asdfjkl said in PUFA testing?:
Hello,
This is my first time posting on this forum so please forgive if I have fumbled on any house rules. I did look for my topic but didn't find anything that matched.
There seem to be some relatively simple "at home" type tests out there that can be used for checking the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids (e.g., EPA and DHA) in red blood cells. Some are done through a finger prick while other tests are able to be ordered online, out of pocket (no doctor or insurance) and taken to a nearby participating lab.
While these tests are typically used to justify adding fish oils and the like through diet or supplementing, I would think these tests could also be used "off-label" to show when the numbers are "high" (in the RP world).
Has anyone ever done a test like this on your own and, if so, have you found it to be a reliable way to check in on efforts to keep PUFAs low? Are there other, better ways to check? What is the ideal range for these types of tests (through the metabolic/Peat lens)?
Thank you.
Hello,
Haidut said he got a test for ESR (a marker of inflammation ) . The lower the score of ESR the more likely to have PUFA deficiency.
Absolutely. Clamping is the best way to improve girth.
Hello,
Look into "PE clamping " with a "cable clamp" . I personally gained 0,5 cm + in girth just from clamping sporadically here and there. With a consistent and strict clamping routine it would have been even better gains in girth.
If you restrict PUFAs very strictly you will never have a reason to visit a doctor.
How do you explain to normies that sugar is good for you?
I've just been trying the simple explanation of "as long as your brain and your cells has a steady supply of glucose then your body won't be in a state of stress" aswell as "diabetes is actually caused by fat comsumption , not sugar" but these normies dont seem to get it.
Eat high carb + very low fat bro ( carbs 400 gram + , total fat below 10 gram , PUFA below 1,5 gram)
Supplement thiamine HCL at 300 - 500 mg daily to turn the carbs into CO2.
Bread has too much PUFA. Even sourdough bread baked without oils have atleast 1 gram PUFA per 100 gram bread from the wheat itself. I dont think its possible to achieve PUFA deficiency if you eat bread on a regular basis.
