@evan-hinkle Maybe the silicic acid is like Pyrucet?

RE: ProperNutrition Guidelines For Muay Thai/Boxing
@Lovesickhs18 I use this gelatin powder when I'm too lazy to make a gelatinous broth.
https://www.nowfoods.com/products/natural-foods/beef-gelatin-powder
It's pretty tasteless. I add it to all sorts of things I'm eating and also to my dog's food.
My favorite proteins are milk and cheese, shellfish, lamb and bone-in cuts of meat and local fish.But post workout, it is nice to get right to glucose+calcium+salt. Then at your leisure get to your meals and fruit.
Magnesium is also very thermogenic. Magnesium oil is better than any dit da jow I have used post training.

RE: BIOHACKING by Nathan Hatch, "F*** Portion Control"
@S-Holmes meaning you are adding the lemon juice? or a different product?
Thanks! -
RE: BIOHACKING by Nathan Hatch, "F*** Portion Control"
@S-Holmes Wow! Thx. Super interesting.
I always enjoyed Nathan's post on the old RPF.I'd love to learn haidut's take on Nathan's findings with silicic acid.

RE: ProperNutrition Guidelines For Muay Thai/Boxing
@Lovesickhs18 haidut once told me chocolate milk. You'd probably have to make it yourself to avoid gums and crap.
I think Cortinon would be a great product after class. 4 drops of cortinon with a glass of perfect quality chocolate milk.
I was an aikodoist. I used to over-train. We do get to kneel between bursts of martial activity. Always breath with your nose regardless how intense it gets. I don't know how much they will let you take those little breaks between exercises. Maybe just demand them.
Also, we do train breathing (misogi) and practice meditation.
In other words the martial bursts are super yang. It's like a paper on fire.
You will be tearing yourself down if you don't restore (quiet the fire) with yin activity.Oo, salted chocolate milk sounds even better after class.
of course, this is not your whole nutrition guidelines (as you requested). It's just some immediate hacks close to your training times.

RE: I will show you why I am an anarcho capitalist libertarian
I just so happened to be listening to this:
Matt Ehret on Why You Can't Be A Libertarian And A Nationalist.

RE: Sick for over a week, how to acclerate recovery?
@pittybitty I would take antibiotics. Either azithromycin or doxycycline or penicillan. Charcoal and well-cooked mushrooms.

RE: Why are you all so religious
@yerrag You describe the most high God.

RE: Peaty fighting sports...
@bolditinerary Neat! If its a good teacher/dojo, you will quickly learn that aikido is not fake.
Lemme know how it goes. -
RE: Peaty fighting sports...
@bolditinerary if you can find an aikido dojo that tries to mirror hombo dojo in Japan. For the most part, US aikido is too brutal and competitive and rife with no pain no gain mentality.
Some HEMA arts are very nice. Just pretend to be decrepit and train at your own (Peaty) pace. If you can find a good teacher. Spanish Rapier is really cool and gentle; but it still teaches you grabbing the line which is essential in martial situations. Smallsword is fabulous, but you'll have to wear a fencing mask. There are many HEMA teachers who really get into the history, fine arts and culture and are less about trashing each other. Even Longsword and Italian rapier have scholarly teachers that are equally interested in the history as the fighting arts. -
RE: ENDOMETRIOSIS
@FTMarinetti I would 2nd progest-E or take a vitamin E supplement and progestene.
Vitamin E supplement is under-rated. -
RE: Nietzsche Discussion Thread
@jhp I think that is the nature of Beyond Good And Evil. Non dual.
BGnE reminds me of Hakuin's Zen Words On The True Heart. Which is also a, sometimes hilarious and always pithy, intimate missive regarding the non-dual glimpse into our own projections. And also yerrag recently pointed to an important insight regarding inner guidance and the Holy Spirit. -
RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@jwayne Flying monkeys usually get hung out to dry.
I don't see how Charlie "wins" anything in the end.
Is Garret Smith just an agent? -
RE: The pro-metabolic drug DNP, banned by FDA, may treat most diseases
@haidut I second S. Holmes sentiments.
Since all such diseases are metabolic in origin, then widespread "MP101" use is likely to increase the population's intelligence.
They aren't scared of an intelligent populace?? -
RE: Estrogen is a cause of both rheumatoid (RA) and osteo arthritis (OA)
@haidut Fantastic research. And great presentation of the pathogenicity of estrogen, once again.

RE: Ray Peat Emails
@brad What a treasure trove, Brad.
Thank you for posting them.Of course, there were complainers on the former RPF that said Dr. Peat would be so disappointed that people were talking about conspiracy theories. In retrospect, they were probably agents of the take down.
