@GreekDemiGod I believe so. What do you wake up at?

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@Jakeandpace don't stress this stuff is incredibly complex and takes most of us a rather long time to digest and learn.

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@Corngold it combats both. Taking aspirin reduces free fatty acids in the blood stream that wreak havoc on your body. Aspirin allows pufa to bind to albumin in the liver to be excreted being attached glucuronic acid via urine.

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@Corngold it was Peat who said stay under 4 grams of PUFA a day. And if you eat a high pufa meal take aspirin or vitamin e to negate the effects

The thing that always gets me is the people that question Ray have never read or really listened to Ray. It's a sad state of affairs

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@Corngold I don't agree with everything Ray said. Though, through real life experience I can say he made my life better. That being said, I'm not sure what your argument is

@LetTheRedeemed give me some time to find this. He said this sometime last year

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@calvinklein21101 some of things Chucky has said were absolutely preposterous. Too much calcium has forming a lining in his toilet bowl made me laugh the most.

Does Charlie have Parkinsons?
Here is a quote from him on the Caffeine is Poison thread:
It did not reduce the risk of "Parkinson's" for me.

RE: Saturee Body Cream + Red Light for stretch marks
@Jennifer Thanks. Going to try to experiment tomorrow. Good luck to us both!

RE: When to take Cyproheptadine for sleep?
@Milk-Destroyer all the literature I've read and personal experience has proved quite the opposite. I wonder if taking lisuride alongside cypro may negate those side effects
-
RE: Saturee Body Cream + Red Light for stretch marks
@Jennifer consider rubbing progest E or some other progesterone product on the stretch marks as well for maximum coverage

RE: Saturee Body Cream + Red Light for stretch marks
@Jennifer I was just thinking about something. So let's say we were to adhere to Ray's advice and eat only milk, eggs and oysters for a few days. We were missing one important element - highly elevated progesterone from pregnancy. Now as a male, I don't like taking progesterone because it seems to have negative effects on my body but considering if we took progesterone with the suggested diet it might remove the stretch marks. I'm going to give it a shot next week.

RE: When to take Cyproheptadine for sleep?
@mavuue I'd wait until you feel your dopamine has recovered completely. Cypro seems reduce dopamine and serotonin

RE: New IdeaLabs Product – 3α-Dihydroprogesterone (3α-DHP)
@Goodman you need to look into the context. Too much testosterone can convert into estrogen. Plus there's a difference between prenatal vs a grown man in his 80's taking 1mg a day.

RE: When to take Cyproheptadine for sleep?
@mavuue start off with half a milli. The first day is always very difficult to wake up. It makes most sense to start on a day that's low key such as the weekend. I personally needed a ton of coffee to function in order to stay awake.

RE: Saturee Body Cream + Red Light for stretch marks
@DavidPS that's the best way. I tried using cocoa butter for a while and had no benefit. I grew a lot of leg muscle very quickly at the end of high school and I've had stretch marks that haven't gone away. I'm going to give this experiment a shot next week. Much appreciated!
