RE: Confused about eating patterns for health/wellbeing
@Tarzan17 I think peat recommends small frequent feedings that include all three macronutrients. Carbs, proteins, and fats in the right balance per meal.

-
RE: Share your T levels
@Crypt-Keeper What do you typically eat now? I could only imagine youd be over 1500 just from changing diet alone

Best form of testosterone?
I was looking on purple pandle labs for powdered or oral testosterone. I noticed theres a lot of different forms. Tesosterone Cypionate, Decanoate, Acetate for example. Which form is preferred amongst the peat sphere and why?

Peaty explanation of eating disorders
Has Ray ever spoken on eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia for example? What would be an explanation for it that alligns with his beliefs. In middle school and highschool i suffered from body dysmorphia and anorexia. I have since recovered and am at a healthy weight. After learning about nutrition and bioenergetics i understood how stupid it is to starve yourself like that but what is the biological explanation for why i thought it was okay?

RE: Ideas for getting more CO2 into your everyday routine
@LetTheRedeemed Nice, I think more people should try this approach. I think a lot of people have trouble with peating because they ignore macros and end up with a high carb, high fat, AND high protein diet. I think focusing on sugary carbs while keeping protein and fat moderate throughout the day would solve issues for some

RE: What is considered a impressive body temperature?
@LetTheRedeemed No, sometimes it feels a little uncomfortable being so hot and sweaty especially if im active. But energy wise its through the roof. Im always super productive when im warm and social

Share your T levels
Anybody have impressively high natural test levels? What causes the most improvement in T/libido for you guys. For me switching from a plant-based vegan diet to a milk-based one while supplementing with thyroid was enough to get me from 400ng/dL to 900ng/dL+

RE: What is considered a impressive body temperature?
@Ray-Peat-Fanboy I started reaching 99+ when i was taking 12 drops tyromix daily. I cut my dose in half since then and still am able to reach 99+ but im usually in the high 98 range. My TSH is below 0.001 and my T3 is almost over the range. Any doctor would probably tell you this is hyperthyroidism but to a peater this is probably a dream come true.

RE: Ideas for getting more CO2 into your everyday routine
