As a beginner, I will be studying a major portion of the subjects before I can post anything. It's gonna take me a while, mainly because the aim is to have a full written document with all resources available, a concrete rubric for those interested to learn.

I am looking to develop a more structured regiment for people that aren't interested in pursuing a formal education or a degree in the biotech/biochem field, but would like to educate themselves a little bit more seriously.
When discussing Georgi Dinkov's background, in which he mentions working for a Biomedical Research Foundation, we can find a good structure for learning. He worked with a team of 40-50 people; some of the brightest doctors, biochemists and geneticists in the U.S as well as in international institutions. He developed an interest for the field and received several book recommendations from these experts, as well as attended lectures and researched PubMed articles and studies.
I believe @haidut serves as a good example for what can be achieved with the willingness to learn. My goal is to develop a structure from this aside from all the Ray Peat specific resources we already have on other threads and the vast amount of information involving Peat's work individually. A lot of the info I have seen has been associated with nutrition and lifestyle. I was hoping to organize this as you would a university curriculum. Including what could be the basics in Biology, Chemistry and Lab to the more advanced and specific sections of these(Physical Chemistry, Metabolic Regulation, Biochemistry, Physics, Organic Chemistry, etc).
I did some searching around the forum and couldn't find anything similar, only a suggestion to make a thread just like this, hence the post. Perhaps some of the users here can assist me with some suggestions for the structure and material that should be included.

I've though about spiking some of my family members foods/drinks with stuff like this but I advise against it, there is simply too many factors that can influence a positive or negative reaction.
Not to sound disheartening, but thinking about the positive effects of these substances alone without considering a bad experience/reaction is a recipe for disaster. As much as I would want my mother to supplement progesterone; I won't allow it until she is educated on the matter and there is confirmation that she could benefit from it, that could mean blood tests or some form of monitoring.
I do understand your concern though, because I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to go without my family members interested in their own health and longevity, and you could call it a selfish desire to see them grow older and remain robust and healthy.

I'm very glad you posted this because this study is used quite frequently, especially by Raw Primal Aajooners to shill raw meat and the sourcing of the freshest meat and dairy products which can be quite expensive and hard to find.
It's a very antiquated study and it's common nutritional knowledge now that taurine is one of the most important nutrient for cats. Using this study from the 1930s and comparing to human nutrition and genetic expression shows cluelessness

I purchased doxycycline tablets from Mexico, only one box of 10 tablets. I experienced with several low doses, and can recommend staying below the 40mg to avoid development of bacterial resistances.

I experimented with the following dosages:
On the first day, I took half a tablet (50mg) and experienced slight intestinal discomfort.
This prompted me to reduce the dose to 25mg once every 24hours. After about 2 days of this I increased the dosage to 25mg every 12 hours, this was in an attempt to keep reducing the bacterial load at a steady pace. Keep in mind I did this without any advice or instruction from any doctor or medical expert.
I ended up only consuming about 225mg total, and have 7.75 tablets left over.
I would recommend staying upright during the first 20-30minutes of consumption and if you can handle it, on an empty stomach. Make sure to be careful with sunlight exposure as doxycycline can make you very sensitive to sunlight exposure.
@mostlylurking They have it in Florida as well, I have bought fresh liver from whole foods, and a rancher buddy used to give me his longhorn cow's liver. This was back when I lived in Texas.

Second most impactful thing has been effectively murdering the positive feedback loop of serotonin. Now I have the ability to know when things are getting out of balance, and I can act before it becomes something serious.
