Mr Greek. Would it be fair to say that what you're still wishing for in asking these kinds of questions is "more energy" (that was your thread right, I think)? And if yes, how does that actually feel to you? Is it a kind of debilitating somnolence or more subtle than that?

You almost certainly will if you've been gulping fluids this Thursday Ms Health. Be generous with the salt. And if you must drink with or on top of it, make it the bare minimum to quench, in tiny half-tongue sized sips.
Almost every day before sleep I sip my way through a strongly brewed chamomile tea with a little pinch of salt and a generous but not heaped teaspoon of honey or sugar in it. Somewhere between that and a salty, "balanced" dinner. I'm almost always in a kind of calm-but-energetic mode that makes for a good passage in to sleep.
Give this a try if you're feeling adventurous. It can add borders, which is often enough for "user acceptance" in an unbounded UI like this.
