    @Hussle1738 i don't know how peaty this is, but maybe try picamilon (niacin and gaba bound together). Gaba taken on its own is probably peaty and haidut has mentioned it does seem to cross the blood brain barrier. Peat says increasing co2 will have a fantastic effect on gaba. He has mentioned valerian in a positive light with respect to this as well. Progesterone and pregnenalone (from peat): "Progesterone and pregnenolone and many other things act on the GABA receptor system. And pregnenolone happens to be one that doesn't have many other hormone-like effects. It's basically a stabilizer at all levels of cells in the brain." Also, last night I reduced the B5 significantly and increased niacinamide and biotin quite significantly to 1g and 45mg respectively. The results were astounding. I felt the best I have ever felt with chronic fatigue syndrome and long covid. I felt normal for the first time in years. By no means near healthy but it was an incredible feeling. The problem with wildly altering dosages of multiple things at once is that it is impossible to tell which did what. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome about 25 years ago and suffered from it for many years. The symptoms resolved completely via high dose thiamine hcl. (and magnesium, a little riboflavin, a little niacinamide, some progesterone, some pregnenolone, avoidance of all pufa....) I have tried this combo of b3 and b7 not long ago. alongside thiamine ttfd. however I believe the intial megadoses of B1 helped me breakthrough bottlenecks. I also feel that B3 and B7 together are working synergystically. Because I have tried one or the other recently, without the same effects. I also slept 7 hours straight for the first time. I always always pee at night a few times. You were right about B5 I believe. It did make me feel worse. I'm also taking 3mg of folinic acid and 40mg B6 spread throughout the day. And a few minerals in very small doses. like selenium, manganese, molydenum, zinc, coppper. I believe these two are having positive effects. Although I am I need of testing to assess mineral status. You should get your minerals tested so you don't get yourself into trouble. Food for thought in case this anecdote would be of interest to you. Sorry, but from where I'm sitting, it appears that you are throwing gobs of stuff at a wall to see what sticks. Get yourself tested to find possible mineral deficiencies/toxicities. My manganese toxicity appeared out of nowhere, and I sure miss that maple syrup....

Also, this may vary from person to person, but as long as I keep my thyroid dose consistent, I don't need to do P4 daily if I don't want. This can get tricky, lol. First I recommend measuring your temps, before AND after breakfast. Additionally, getting a TSH test will let you know more as well. Anything over 2.5 mU/L is definitely subclinical hypothyroidism. Emphasis on subclinical. Meaning docs won't diagnose you, but you still have the increased disease risk associated with hypothyroidism. If your temps and tsh checks out, then I recommend taking thyroid the Broda Barnes method. Start with 1/2 grain and stay there for 3 weeks before taking more. Then up the dose to 1 grain, stay there for 3 weeks before taking more. Follow that pattern until symptoms subside. I use TyroMix, and I take it by mouth. This is important, because I see a lot of people thinking it's a transdermal product. With something like thyroid, you want to take it orally. Just put 3 drops in a small glass of juice or a empty capsule and take it.

I think the goal is to get the vitamin E into your stomach at the same time as the ingested pufa so it can saturate it and make it safer. Sorry, I don't know the amount of vitamin E needed. I suspect a small dose though. Maybe you can find info about it here.

    amazing results, congratulations. the fact that you have maintained muscularity while switching to gelatin as your only protein source is great. the loss of strength in the gym is probably more due to eliminating starch more so than anything else, but maintaining or improving muscularity and body comp is a big win, not to mention solving the prior health issues. i'm not sure what you can do in terms of rounding out your protein intake with complete sources if dairy, meat, and eggs are problematic. peat has spoken favorably of certain foods outside of these 3 varieties having really good quality protein like potatoes but throwing in 2 pounds of potatoes (peat said this is similar to around 1l of milk in terms of protein amount so about 35g) is probably less ideal than your current scheme which seems to be having a small amount of beef for dinner on occasion. with that said, i think you have the correct idea with how you might use a little bit of beef for dinner, i might recommend experimenting with different cuts to see which ones are more agreeable or less likely to cause issues. i've done remarkably well in the past by using a high quality mince beef while dealing with autoimmune type issues, it's not the worst cut as there is a fair bit of connective tissue in there, but you might be well to experiment with some more gelatinous cuts like lamb shank. you can also make a gelatinous stew using oxtail but i never tried the stuff myself.
