@mavuue i am thinking high P and C is good but im a bit nervous to hit high C while on gear tbh because calcium causing alot of the negative effects of anabolics. i know k2 forms can prevent from it yet im hesitant. thats why maybe i will blast cyproheptadine or some other calcium channel antagonist (idk if thats what they are called) while on cycle too

@wester130 health natura are a gaggle of wankers. they released a bad k2 product and didn't say shite about it publicly until I called them out , and they refused to refund me because my bottle is expired. all after proclaiming for years they are the k2 experts in the world. now they claim to have the best pregnenolone in the world

@GreekDemiGod I agree the peatarian idea of protein intake is too low . I have a suspicion the lowered phosphorus intake on peatarian style is not ideal either, I posted a thread about it. im averaging about 180g protein, 50-80g fat, and 350-400g carbs now. I don't really measure everyday because chronometer isn't accurate and it is annoying to keep track of. some days I have like half a bottle of honey so my carbs can go way higher.
