I agree that real economic growth is through communism, but to create an ideal society, we must give up working too much, and since communism promotes working and evolution, happiness of the citizens will be affected negatively through too much competition.
Communism focuses on production and money. Women who marry a rich man will get social approval, then the future young women will do the same. The idea of choosing with your heart is not widely used and maybe even forgotten. It's pretty common to see insecure women in eastern Europe choosing an ugly guy, even though we may see them as "feminine".
A comparison with Italian women, who are clearly confident, they choose with their hearts, which translates into a better match, getting more handsome partners. Thus, inhibition is almost non-existent and this translates to greater happiness.
Here we can see the naive, submissive, almost feared women (eastern european) compared with the free spirits.
I made this comparison to prove that communism closes the mind of the people through too many rules imposed. Those rules if not respected, people would get punished, so most of people are living in fear. This fear could be seen in exams, choosing a partner, making unexpected decisions, doing the opposite of what their parents told you and even when friends come to visit you (they really try to give a good impression and may get angry if not everything is ready).
The key would be a balance, but we are too evolved technologically to put it into practice.

RE: We should change the appearance of this forum
@Kilgore
The one called Evolve, but with lighter color. It's hard to read with all the time dark background. The more similar to lowtoxinforum theme, the better. I've never saw a forum so pleasing looking.
Other than that one, XenBase looks fine too, but changing background from white to a light color. But I think both cost between $25-40.

RE: We should change the appearance of this forum
@calvinklein21101 Brad contacted me and requested CSS of the page, and then create a poll, but the website doesn't let me create one and I am not an IT guy.
In the end he left the idea of changing it. Maybe too much work or no money, who knows. -
RE: 200mg of progesterone a day
@chuddy that much progesterone will make you "a little bitch" and your wife may not like it
Don't do it
Only if you plan getting pregnant too -
RE: Cup of coffee + Aspirin kills learned helplessness
@chuddy RedBull works too, but with coffee is different, maybe there is some antioxidant that makes coffee so good.
I suggest you to try with espresso or plain coffee, but not cappuccino. Milk stops a bit the effect. -

RE: Cup of coffee + Aspirin kills learned helplessness
@Serotoninskeptic I used to get 1.5g (up to 3g) a day from milk, but the opiods were too strong. They made me demented and passive. I couldn't talk back to people who disrespect me and sometimes I couldn't even realize that they were laughing at me because of the dementia.
Now I get around 500-1000mg from cheese. -
RE: Help with EU Sources
@wester130 don't confuse Moldova (region of Romania) with Moldova (country)
I am talking about the country -
RE: Cup of coffee + Aspirin kills learned helplessness
@Serotoninskeptic sometimes yes, but k1. K2 makes me spaced out, loss of balance.

RE: Vitamin B5 increasing insecurity and dissociation?
@Jakeandpace same, niacinamide and thiamine are kings.
-
RE: Cup of coffee + Aspirin kills learned helplessness
@PeatPerspective no motivation, helpless, you believe nothing can be improved, you don't have the power to fight back
-
RE: Cup of coffee + Aspirin kills learned helplessness
@Serotoninskeptic no, it makes the coffee undrinkable
I just take the aspirin with a bit of coffee and then finish my coffee slowly
Don't overdo it , you will become anemic -
RE: Vitamin B5 increasing insecurity and dissociation?
@BioEclectic Yeah, it's fine now. I finally recovered, I have no more insecurity. B5 got out in the end. Feels so good to be in control.
-
RE: Vitamin B5 increasing insecurity and dissociation?
@Insomniac the ones that were traumatized will react stronger to it. It depends more on the person I believe. My friend takes 500mg everyday and doesn't feel any side effects yet.
-
RE: Vitamin B5 increasing insecurity and dissociation?
@BioEclectic Thanks for the links. I see that people have bad reactions.
What feels hard to understand is that, if B5 is needed for adrenal function, why excess of B5 will lead to excess of cortisol/adrenaline? I saw that happens also with B1.
Do you know a method of getting B5 out of the system quicker? I was thinking coffee. -
Vitamin B5 increasing insecurity and dissociation?
I took between 150-500mg of B5 for a few days
I warmed up instantly, the heat was similar to post alcohol (free fatty acids) then I crashed, cold af
Clarity of vision and derealization went away, everything looked so realMy definition of derealization - everything looks fake, not real. Dissociation - you get an out of body experience that shuts down consciousness for less than half a second. It happens every few seconds. It's hard to be aware when it happens.
But at the same time I had trouble understanding people speak, I couldn't hear well
My diction was bad
Volume low
Pitch high
This made me insecure and shameful socially
No confidenceBefore I had no issues with this
It's similar like the high adrenaline high cortisol state that I had 5 years ago when I was shy and anxious. I experienced dissociation and speech issues for a long time, and I see that B5 increased those symptoms. My question is what's the cause? High adrenaline from B5 increases dissociation and it took me that state?

RE: Help with EU Sources
@wester130 regarding drugs and women yeah
Lifewise not really -
RE: is Putin bluffing?
@wester130 I think he will, but it will be provoked by NATO
NATO wants war and destruction since they are the satanists who want population reduction.
A war in Europe will produce far more money than in any other country.
There was a Romanian genius in politics Cornelius Vadim Tudor, killed in 2015 by the elites. He knew that the elites will kill him since he was the last nationalist with influence. He said that they dislike Romania for his 20 million people, and their plan is to reduce it by least 5 million. He also talked about the vast immigration from Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka to Romania that will happen in the coming years, and it came true. Now most of delivery guys are asians, 10 years ago we had none.
It's all planned.
You either sell your country to them and follow their agenda or get into war. -
RE: Peaty Video Games?
@Sugarnotsnow
Yeah Crossy road works when I am hyperactive and stressed. Play 5 mins and uninstall
Stardew valley it's addictive as hell. It's a farming game (fishing, animals, veggies) combined with combat and discovery and craft of weapons, armor. I played for hours on my phone during winter and I didn't get drained since you produce staff in the game. It's the only one that kept my attention. Rest is garbage pay2win.
Most important: It doesn't make me rage .
All the competitive ones are soul-stealing.
