RE: Figuring out digestive issues
@chosroes Not here to help but this summer I started to experiment with PureBulk B1 HCL (along with Pure Encaps. B vits.). It was only 200-300mg/day and after a few days I had some bad gastritis. I don't know if it's linked with that though, because I also tried to incorporante some aspirin at the same time

@Cearrson This. Forgot to mention to op but when I started to have more regulare bowel movements (2-3/day instead of 1) I saw a MAJOR difference on my acne. For me, magnesium glycinate and movements (even if it is just walking) increased my bowel frequencies

RE: ACNE and ACNE SCARS are ruining my life. I have tried literally everything!
@White I'm also dealing with acne, one year ago I had a similar acne on my jawline/neck like you and this product (LL Neroli Glow Polishing Cleanser - expensive but it last 1+ year for me) eliminated it. I only use this topically on my face. I still have one or two pimples here and there near my face but almost not anymore near jawline.
I also used to have huge acne and scars in my back. I tried colostrum (Now) and without telling my ex, she told me a few weeks after my back acne is disappearing. My brother also have acne in his back and I told him to try colostrum (he used another brand): exact same situation a few weeks after - his gf noticed less acne. So maybe try Colostrum or Lactoferrin (although I saw you seem to not have an iron overload problem but we never know...). I've made a video about my colostrum experience related to acne if you want to watch it
I know my solutions are not targeting directly the root cause but that's what helping me

RE: How to gain 5kg/11lbs in one month in a peaty way as an ectomorph?
I'm also ectomorph, 24M, and this summer I almost replaced my water consumption by milk and drinking 0,5/1L of raw goat milk (I mix it with strawberry syrup it is delicious) daily, I've gained 2kg easily just adding that. I'm also doing weight lifting 2-3 times a week. I can also advise you to eat 1 spoon of raw honey at the end of each meal to spike your insulin and activate your "weight stock".
Btw, I think Ray Peat was also in the same situation but when he began to take thyroid he could gain weight or not losing weight while eating less. I thought I was in the same situation but I checked my temperature waking up with a mercure thermometer this whole summer and was always at 97,7 degrees Fahrenheit

RE: Infopathy thread
@dt There's a ton of ICs and PEMFs, the library is huge.
Thanks for the Doxy advice I want to try it or their Antibiotic Complex with "АНСС/Clarithromycin/Doxycycline/Silver Hydrosol/Saccharomyces Boulardii/Spore-based probiotic" to see if it can clear up my white tongue. Also want to try the PEMF "Candida and Fungal Infection". My collection is already full of ICs and PEMFs and haven't even bought the device yet lol. -
RE: Infopathy thread
@dt In a FAQ, Anton answered "Hi Kang, IC Pad has a flat EMF coil, you can see how it looks like on the picture of the Circuit IC Pad here: https://www.infopathy.com/en/produc..." to the question "Hello, Does the IC Pad create the right-hand torsion field? What type of coil is used(right-hand torsion field coil, Tesla coil, Moebius coil, etc)? Thanks.".
Is your experience with the device still good? Have you tested any new ICs? I'm tempted to get one device.

RE: Toothpaste
@Ismail It was "Meswak" but as someone said it contains SLS and carrageenan.
I'm now using a toothpaste with hydroxiapatite called "Couto" mentionned on this thread [https://bioenergetic.forum/topic/1585/n-ha-toothpaste-in-europe/6](link url) It's great.
But the best I've tried really is the Frankie's naturals tooth powder (though the shipping outside the US is extremely expensive) -

Colostrum for 30 days - my experience
So I'm 24, a lot of acne in my back (know it's mainly gut health-liver-hormones) so I decided to tried colostrum supplements for 30 days as it's known to be very good for gut health.
What I've noticed:- more frequent bowel movements
- that leads to less acne especially on my back (lactoferrin inside colostrum and epidermal growth factor plays key roles here)
- no more ankle pain (I had this inflammation for 6 months! - even visited chiropractor who did nothing - it's my biggest surprise with colostrum)
- felt a bit euphoric on it sometimes on high dose (>5g)
- my back is larger? (i'm not sure but I know there's Igf-1 and Igf-2 and it has anabolic effects on VERY high dose)
I made a video (my first one) on YouTube for the entire experience if you're interested. English isn't my first language so i've to improve my accent but I put the subtitles on screen. Enjoy!

RE: "Did anyone go on vacation to experience the high altitude?"
@sneedful Font-Romeu.
Actually I'm back from it since 7 days and I've some updates. Hiking there is wonderful.
Personally I didn't noticed any change but my mom told me she have more endurance and feel less out of breath doing sport now that we are back at normal altitude
