@LucH @LucH I have a stool every day, and how often? It varies, 1,5-2 times a day, rarely 3 but it happens.
When it comes to oder, I think it’s okay? Never thought much about it.
I’m unsure as to what to say about my digestion, but it might be interesting to mention that I can hear my stomach often, sounds. Even tho Im not hungry, It’s usually I’m done eating

RE: Very bad circulation
@yerrag I don’t think I will change the word, I just hope that my practices and advice I will give my future patients won’t make their condition worse, but actually help them

RE: Very bad circulation
@RandomUser I doubt It’s less then 1000 since I go through 1L of milk a day, roughly and it is practically impossible for everything else I eat to be less than 600 calories. My portion sizes are big enough i think, I sometimes eat breakfast twice a day

RE: Very bad circulation
@LucH Sure give me the link! I would love to read about it, thank you

RE: Very bad circulation
@yerrag I suspected I had hypothyroidism, thank you for this reply and all the advice. Everything you said about medical industry is true, shame especially since I will one day join it. It’s maybe naive of me to think I can change it but a man can dream

RE: Very bad circulation
@RandomUser I dont count calories whatsoever. I think I eat more than I used to. I always eat something sweet in the morning. Usually Wheat chocolate porridge with milk, lots of sugar and coconut oil. I know, starch isn’t very popular here but I tolerate wheat very well. I used to eat a lot of potatoes but I notice I don’t feel super well if I eat a lot.
For luch there is often something with potatoes, I don’t eat them too much, drown them in salt and eat it with young white cheese which I eat with almost every non-sweet meal I have. For luch there is also usually also some fiber since my dad loves vegetables and he cooks, I am not a fan tho. And some meat, usually chicken, rarely wild caught trout. My dad is a fisherman so.
In between i usually have two cups of coffee from my moka pot, rest of a regular cup is filled with milk, brown sugar and a spoonful of coconut oil.
I often have an apple, peeled or some fruit juice. Often a boiled egg or two and some sweet snack, it’s usually plain chocolate, which I love.
I very rarely eat out or buy store bought snacks, except chocolate. But that’s about it

Very bad circulation
I don’t usually feel cold on my chest, but my hand, feet and often nose are freezing.
People would sometimes ask me how are you not cold? My extremities are but they get numb so I don’t mind, my chest area is okay Temperature. Or is it? I measured it once and it was 36.6C
I have very cold feet, very, also cold hands and often nose, I sometimes have blue nails, swollen eyelids, horrendous eye begs and sleep problems, headaches. I don’t know what to do about my circulation. I eat lots of sugar, lots of salt, copious amounts. And as I lowered my liquid intake and upped salt i think it only made it worse. I added coffee to my diet and headaches started. I drink it with lots of milk, more milk and sugar than coffee, never 1st thing in the morning. I don’t know, this diet makes me feel worse

RE: How to get rid off the mold?
@yerrag Well I don’t have any dehumidifiers, filters or diffusers but good to know an essential oil diffuser can help fight off mold, wouldn’t expect that

How to get rid off the mold?
Idk if this is the right place to ask but Peaters do talk sometimes about mold toxicity so I thought maybe some of you figured out how to remove?
No can’t move out, no I can’t tear up anything. I have to use a bathroom with a black moldy ceiling till I’m 30, at least. Yes it visible but even if it wasn’t, mold toxicity symptoms are obvious in my whole family.
We tried removing paint layers from the parts of the wall where mold grew but it would come back in no time so Idk what to do and all the advice on the internet seems comical

RE: Oral baking soda
@Serotoninskeptic I would take it every day if it didn’t taste so disgusting, awful, what a shame

RE: How to get Cynomel & Cynoplus delivered to Canada and other Soycuck countries
Do you know if they do worldwide shipping? Including Europe

RE: does butter oxidise when used as cooking oil?
@the-MOUSE The bubbles are not the sign of the oxidation, as far as I know it’s just that, unlike other fats and oils used for cooling, butter has a lot more water in it, which is what causes the bubbles

RE: Help with EU Sources
I have heard many people don’t get replies when trying to order Progest-E from that email? What should one do then?

RE: white button mushrooms
Do you cook them long enough? I think Ray Peat recommends to boil them for up 3 hours

RE: Aspirin + blood donation made me anemic
Aspirin thins out the blood effecting Vitamin K, maybe try to supplement it if you aren’t already to thicken the blood

RE: Peating in poverty
@Chud I have never in my life bought anything organic. I don’t you get me at all

RE: Peating in poverty
@CO3 You see, I haven’t thought much about grape juice. That sounds great.
I was also thinking about dates! I love them, I’m gonna turn into that potatoes and dates guy lmao -
RE: Peating in poverty
@Tahodama Potatoes are definitely saving me. Dirt cheap at 59 cents a kilo, can’t get better than that. Aside from that most of the carbs I eat are plain ole sugar and wheat sometimes but I try to avoid it.
