I wonder the same thing. I've never seen raw milk sold anywhere in Spain. I think it's illegal to sell raw milk here.
They do sell "fresh" milk in supermarkets, which is pasteurized at 74 °C for 15 seconds, while UHT milk is pasteurized at 130 °C for 5 seconds. -

I just peel off the skin and eat them whole. Meanwhile, I take a pinch of salt and a drop of olive oil into my mouth.
I can't bother cutting the carrots in thin slices using the peeler. It takes a long time, and sometimes the carrot slices fall out of my bowl. Not to mention the remaining small chunk that's challenging to slice further.
Maybe I'm just retarded.
