Potatoes. They’re delicious, cheap, and high in potassium.

Calcific Tendonitis
My father has been suffering from calcific tendonitis in his right shoulder for over a year. He has limited range of motion that causes pain with some exercises that involve the shoulder.
Doctors occasionally treat him with shockwave therapy to break the calcium deposits. However, it doesn’t seem to help much. I suspect that the issue is related to metabolic factors. He is mostly vegetarian: he eats lots of vegetables, legumes, and some dairy and eggs. He doesn’t eat as much fruit anymore because he’s learned that “sugar is bad” from watching YouTube videos. He has other beliefs like “salt is bad and will give you hypertension” so he barely adds any salt into his food.
I’ve been pushing him into a more peaty diet, having more salt, organ meats and gelatin.
I’m sorry for rambling, I’m looking for advice from people who perhaps have dealt with something similar, or know of a good protocol to tackle the calcification.
I’ve thought of a protocol consisting of vitamin D / sunlight, vitamin K2, and magnesium, and perhaps more calcium.
Thanks in advanced for the help.

RE: Peating cured my bbw fetish
I believe that fetishes are not random and are deeply tied with your subconscious or trauma. So it does make sense that making a significant change in your way of living and thinking could change your sexual desires.
There are accounts of people having cured their homosexuality after experiencing an increase in their testosterone levels.

How do you think these girls would look like without makeup, filters and photoshop?

RE: What is the most effective protocol for young men to looksmax?
Also, to prevent the need to wear glasses due to eye problems like nearsightedness, full sunlight exposure everyday is an absolute essential.
Not wearing glasses will also contribute to your looksmaxxing.

RE: What do you think about the raw milk only crowd on social media?
I’ve never tried raw milk because it’s difficult to get where I live, but pasteurized seems to be good enough for me; it feels nourishing, I digest it well, and it tastes decent. What I can’t stand is UHT milk, it tastes gross and it makes me feel nauseous.

RE: Why Biotin deficiencies are considered "rare"?
@Androsclerozat Does anybody actually hit the RDA targets of every nutrient and mineral that food can provide? That sounds like a nearly impossible task to me.

Do you drink coffee first thing in the morning?
ZOG doctors claim that this is bad and you should drink water first because coffee can dehydrate you.
Is this true?

The lazy man's carrot salad
Try this:
- Peel carrots
- Mix oil, vinegar and salt in a small glass
- Bite carrot, take a sip.
You're essentially mixing the salad as you chew, no need to waste time shredding the carrot in a fancy way.

RE: Insensitive People
I'm glad that I'm not the only one. I see tons of comments of somebody taking X or eating more of Y and feeling a drastic change, whether it be positive or negative. I've changed my diet many times and I've always felt pretty much the same. The only thing that instantly makes me feel better is orange juice and sunlight.

RE: Master Broth™
First of all, I want to thank you for sharing this recipe. This was my first time making bone broth, so I'm open to feedback and suggestions.
It cost me approximately 11€ for 4 L of super gelatinous broth. Here's how I made it, step by step:
https://imgur.com/a/c0k1xUBHere are my thoughts on the recipe and my results:
- Regarding cost-effectiveness, I'm unsure if using beef feet is the most economical choice. At my local butcher, beef feet are almost twice as expensive as beef bones. I'm not sure which option offers a better collagen-to-cost ratio though.
- Cow's trotters: 6.50€/kg
- Beef bones: 3.50€/kg.
- Removing the connective tissue and blending (and the subsequent cleaning of dishes) requires extra time and effort. Since I plan to make bone broth regularly, I'm questioning whether it's worth the additional time and effort.
- I expected the rendered fat to solidify at the top of the jar when refrigerated, but it remained mixed throughout. I had hoped to remove the rendered fat and use it for cooking. I suppose this happened because I blended the vegetables with the rest of the broth, but I'm not certain.
But overall, I'm happy with the result, it tastes delicious, and my family loves it.

RE: Eggshell calcium
@ShiftGear The egg membrane is just collagen. I personally don't remove it. It doesn't affect the flavor or anything in my experience.

RE: Eggshell calcium
I boil them, dry them in the oven, and blend them into fine dust. I no longer add eggshell powder into my food ever since I started eating more dairy and bone broth, which are rich in calcium.
